Very disappointed with our stay. Customer service was terrible! The receptionist was eating a bag of crisps whilst booking us in. The rooms were very dirty and shabby! Needs a refurbishment. Glasses were dirty ,lots of dust,shower door was leaking water. The worst place I have ever stayed.

Absolutely terrible experience and service. Room was filthy, chewing gum left in sink, dirty underwear from previous guests left in bathroom, dust everywhere and rubbish left under sofa. Staff were no help, took days for them to reply / offer a partial refund which we still haven't received and am now having to dispute this with my bank to try and get our money back.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable, well presented and well equipped apartment. The only small issue is the mould/mildew in the shower area which we appreciate may be down to the use of eco friendly products but it does spoil the presentation of the shower area

Stay somewhere else....
Disappointing overall. Even before we arrived I called to enquire about parking. Told to just go to the Q Park and reception would arrange a 25% discount. We were given a code and told to speak to the Q Park. When leaving, we were told that it needed to be an online booking. So that misinformation provided over the phone before check in was totally wrong.
Place is tired and dated. Horrible smell of stale cigarettes in the room. Extremely noisy from the main road and apartments above. Definitely not soundproofed.
Overall, a very disappointing stay. Im really surprised my the general rating on hotels.conm, very misleading.

Stayed here for two nights. Apartment is at ground level next to a road. The glazing is hopeless so you can hear everything - cars, noisy drunk people at night, music coming from a nearby club. Not a relaxing stay at all. The WiFi is hopeless. I gave up trying to work in the room and despite providing Smart TV’s you can’t watch streaming services because the wifi is too slow. Apartment is nice, but there are quieter options in Leeds with decent wifi.

Good accommodation and fantastic location. Well equipment apartments and very comfortable. Our room faced an alleyway where all the bottle bins were emptied in the early hours of the morning, which was really noisy. But if you can live with that these are good value apartments.

Amazing.
Luxuriously decorated. Glass dining table laid for ”dinner for two” with wine glasses. Located in a beautiful and ”party vibe” part of Leeds. The only critique I can come up with is: it would be great if the lights were dimmable…

Convenient for the city centre. Really spacious and well equipped room. Was all laid out for a meal. Full range of kitchen appliances. Ironing board and iron always appreciated. Nice bathroom. Entrance is off an alley so effectively a quiet location. Didn’t hear a thing.

Stayed for work purposes. Rooms are smaller than the images but nonetheless quality of the room is fantastic.
