We upgraded to a room, meaning it still uses AC and is cool. But the AC in our room 5 510 ? (The position of the room is right in front of the elevator.) It's not even cold. The other one is quite cold. It really ruined my husband's mood when he stayed there. Even though he was tired, he wanted to sleep comfortably. We have complained, officers who are not qualified come, so they don't solve the problem. Please check the hotel facilities which are very important like that.
