在九所新區裏面，吃飯方便，樓底下就有不少擺攤的，離市場很近，買水果吃飯很方便
衞生還行，酒店有常住服務，可選擇包吃包住（基本全是長者）
整個九所鎮也是長者居多，鎮上的東北菜做的很正宗，口感很好，和在東北吃的一樣，吃飯的地方也多，價格實惠，物美價廉，鎮上的水果價格相比其他地方，物價偏低，適合生活。
前台服務不錯，有行李寄存服務
