Our stay in Ledong started badly.
We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.
The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.

交通便利，就在主路旁邊。但停車非常的不方便。沒有停車場。酒店房間空間不錯。有贈送的早餐，菜品雖然不是很豐富，但是吃的還可以。

去房間放行理的時候沒注意床上的東西就出去玩了晚上九點才回來房間，洗完澡準備休息的時候才發現枕頭都是破的也臟，床頭燈也開不了。

洗手間的抽風機如果有獨立的開關會更好一些。洗手間沖涼區域尿味很大，建議用洗衣服和消毒液刷一下，可能很多客人都覺得在那裡上廁所😑馬桶衞生（可以理解）。房間WF連得上，但是用不了。

房間挺大，也很乾凈，本來以為19年開張的會有些舊，但是還好，還挺新的感覺。就是門口停車位不多。附近吃飯很方便。

半夜入住的，辦理入住的小夥速度很快，我讓他多給一把牙刷，小夥子立馬響應，並且還主動和我説可以給我延遲退房，很暖心。酒店位置不錯，距離步行街不太遠，酒店房間枕頭比較舒服。提個建議，希望酒店在洗手間佈置點掛衣服的區域。我住的那間房，洗手間沒有掛衣服的地方。其他都還不錯。
