Our stay in Ledong started badly.
We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.
The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.

挺差的，房屋內全是黴菌，毛巾全是洞，誰住誰知道對面有美宜佳還算方便，停車位少，房間沒有吹風機，感受不太好

交通方便，唯一缺點就是停車位不夠。
前台服務很周到，給人很温馨的感覺。一到前台就可以享受雙皮奶，城市便捷酒店管理很到位，還有贈送的早餐也是不錯。

在這邊連續住了好多天，先是皮膚髮癢，後來換了房間，自己又塗了點葯，要好一點。然後晚上機箱聲音吵得睡不着。最離譜的是最後一天睡到半夜，被一股濃烈的焦煙味薰醒！窗户是關了的，開窗聞外面，沒有這個味兒，後來發現這個味是從衞生間的通風口裡冒進來的，又折騰了半宿，一晚上沒睡着，第二天嗓子一直痛。退房的時候質問前台，也説不出個一二三來，説會聯繫經理回覆我，結果一直沒收到所謂的回覆，不了了之！！極其痛苦的體驗！！

太差了，酒店衞生不好，客房樓上一鐵柵欄，就像個監獄周邊環境也特別不文明，夜晚都是搞特殊行業的，太亂了，自己去都害怕。導致對樂東整個地區都沒有什麼好印象……

房間進去有味道，房間不隔音，前台説靠近馬路有點吵建議我們選後麪，結果後面不知道是什麼機器嗡嗡作響到後半夜，嚴重影響睡眠。
