很不錯的體驗，管家肖先生熱情好客，交代清楚，隨問隨答，這個公寓適合自駕遊的小夥伴，最重要的是，最美落日不是蓋的。
#停車
小區的保安盡職盡責檢查嚴格，一一核對行程碼、健康碼，第一次進公寓校區，需要做詳細登記，後面報房號出示房卡即可，自駕車在入住期間自由進出，停車免費。
#位置交通
小區位**龍沐灣，距離温德姆和海邊都很近。九號樓刷卡，從小門直接可以步行到海灘。也可以開車到海邊，都很近。小區非常乾淨，入住率不高。很清靜。乾淨衞生。
#房間設施
有燃氣灶，冰箱和洗衣機，可以做飯，陽台很寬敞，有個温泉池，遺憾我們這次去還沒温泉，10月就有温泉了。浴室用的洗浴產品是力士。
#游泳池
樓下小區有游泳池，我們沒去體驗。
#WIFI
網絡速度還算流暢。有時候會有點卡。
#房間景觀
管家很貼心，幫我們免費升級了海景房。從房間陽台望出去，視野很廣闊。
#餐廳
樓下有業主食堂，但我們自帶餐具，沒有去體驗。
#性價比
總地來説是一個性價比很高的選擇

這應該是我住過性價比最高的公寓了。可能是疫情原因龍沐灣沒多少遊客，店主給我做了一個房型升級-海景房。Very Nice, 如果説温德姆是王者，那這個公寓最起碼是純銀級吧。乾淨的環境，安靜舒適的房間，還有廚房，可以做飯。我的早餐就是在這個廚房煮的。公寓坐落在小區內，小區算是上檔次小區，綠鬱葱葱，配套設施一應俱全。一個字值，兩個字很值，三個字非常值。

老闆熱情，不僅免費接送，還熱心的開車帶去市場購物，給我升了海景房，很貼心的服務。酒店環境優美，衞生乾淨，很不錯的海景房，在房間就可以看海，看完美的日出日落，真的👍強烈推薦

出差在外，大家都希望能遇上暖心店家，而這家店給了我很好的入住體驗。此行未開車，忘了與店家預約接站，老闆特意來電提醒，並及時到站迎接，非常暖心。房間乾淨整潔，提前開了引路燈，設施設備一應俱全，進屋就已經“到家”。謝謝店家，更感謝老闆！

非常滿意的一次入住，全程都有管家服務，很熱情貼心。房間寬大衞生，設施齊全，二十四小時有熱水，空調很涼，床品舒服，睡得很好。小區環境優雅，隨手一拍就是大片，值得推薦！

老闆態度非常好，房間乾淨 我們住的是兩室一廳房，很舒服，房裡還有簡單的廚具可以自己煮飯吃，民宿是在小區裏面，環境超好，還有免費泳池，值得推薦（＾ω＾）👍🏻照片1是泳池 照片2是房間配套的魚缸
