該酒店的地理位置非常優越，距離最美落日海灘驅車5分鐘就到達，距離樂東其他景區位置也很近；早上可觀尖山嶺的日出。龍沐灣這片海灣人很少，而且相比東方的魚鱗州海灘要乾淨很多，人少，美景色好。
衞生：應該是數一數二乾淨的民宿了，有配備塑料拖鞋和一次性牙刷，牙膏等洗漱用具。床很舒服！
設施：小區裏住户還蠻多的，大多數都是在這兒租房子常住的，小區裏設有兩個充電樁，小區外很近的地方，也設有快充的充電樁，小區內舍友籃球場網球場游泳池可供大家玩耍。
環境：乾淨整潔，就像一個家。
服務：老闆熱情真誠服務很到位，有什麼需求都可以和老闆隨時微信溝通，他都能幫助解決，推薦了周邊吃飯和購物的地方～

選擇了住一晚度假公寓進行一下體驗。度假公寓所在的小區環境不錯，綠化好，整潔乾淨。公寓房間設施也基本齊全，環境還不錯，在10樓，可以看尖峯嶺和大海。不足的是小區周邊和附近集鎮的環境、設施還有待完善提升。

升級了房型，房間環境很不錯，很大，房間外面有超大露台，小區環境也很美，就是晚上附近比較黑，離吃飯的地方有點遠，充電樁也比較遠。附近的龍沐灣荒廢了，浪很大，可以開車到海邊，人很少。

龍沐灣附近的很多房都是空房，因為看完落日不想再奔波了所以選擇附近的民宿，管家非常熱情好客，親自帶領我們到房間，並耐心地解答我們的各種問題，為我們提供了詳細的吃飯購物位置。入住期間，還時常關心我們的需求，讓人感覺格外温暖。在房間裏可以看到大海，視野很好。周邊環境十分優美寧靜，遠離了城市的喧囂，總的來説，這次的家庭房民宿的住宿體驗很棒。它不僅為我們提供了一個舒適的居住空間，更讓我們感受到了家的温暖和寧靜。

已經第二次來了，看落日真的太美了，環島公路修好以後第一次走西線，落日太美了，隨手一拍就是大片，住在這裏什麼都有，新能源電車小區就有充電位，而且我東西落了退房以後很晚老闆還去給我找，服務真好！

房間豪華裝修，設施完善，小區綠化非常好👍，服店主服務周到，推薦了餐飲和旅遊點，小區游泳池很好，可惜自己覺得氣温不夠，衹能看看了。龍沐灣這裏可惜了，有了爛尾樓，這麼好的龍沐灣沙灘未完成商業開發，有利有弊，我和娃在這片野生沙灘上實現了撿貝殼自由。
