是給家裡長者預訂的房間，因為看到有接站服務才選擇了這家。攜程的問答回覆有接站服務、評價的回覆裏也説有接站服務、入住前一天我還專門打電話到前台確認可以接站，衹需要提前半小時打電話就行。
結果到達樂東當天，長者電話通知前台，前台回覆説早就已經沒有接站服務了。
那不能接站怎麼不早説呢， 我提前一天確認以及攜程上明確的答覆，這樣算不算商家欺騙消費者誘導消費？跟前台理論，我説這樣我會如實評價，不會給好評的，商家是無所謂的，不接還是不接。
長者家第一次出那麼遠的門，我隔着千里重新再在網上查怎麼去酒店，出了樂東站有什麼交通工具。我衹能慶幸，改簽了航班，白天到達了樂東。要是晚上到達，再遇到商家出爾反爾，真是更加抓狂了。
關於其他，不帶情緒的根據現有了解到的情況評價，入住當天煙灰缸還有煙頭，位置確實方便並且鬧中取靜，沒有一次性拖鞋，每天有礦泉水，這個價格不要期望太高倒是也經濟實惠，沒有入住樂東別的酒店，無法對比，但是不如在三亞住的同價位好。
