酒店是新裝修的，前台服務員態度很好，酒店的設施齊全，房間乾淨衞生，周圍能找到吃飯的地方，停車場不是很大。

路過樂東入住貝易酒店，介紹説有地下車庫，新開酒店，地下車庫非常好，乾淨，比較好停車。房間設施不錯，衞生比較一般，房間燈上都有蜘蛛網了，吧枱上面放花瓶的兩張玻璃隔板上，厚厚一層灰。服務還是比較熱情。

剛開業的酒店，位置很好找，酒店大堂非常乾淨，房間裝修很好住在這裏非常舒服，酒店工作人員都很熱情，主動問候，很有禮貌，服務真棒，設施全。房間床品枕頭都很舒適，住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了

差評！酒店衞生間自己不提供防滑墊，不找自己的原因，客人退房了還特意打電話指責客人用了他們的浴巾，真不知道怎麼想的，為什麼不自己去覆盤原因改進，或者完全可以做個温馨提示提醒以後來的顧客需要注意的事項不就好了。其實這樣打電話指責客人能達到什麼作用？你覺得被指責的顧客下次還會選擇你們店嗎？這樣口耳相傳不是衹會讓酒店生意變差？這個酒店管理團隊真的需要提升服務意識！打電話説客人真的太愚蠢的做法，頭回遇見，不可思議！
