Not enthusiastic about this hotel. Room and bathroom very basic. Bedding in synthetic material. Slight odour in the corridors. Breakfast ( which was mandatory) has been forgettable: no croissants and almost no cakes. The savioury dishes not particularly inviting. The staff was either nice (receptionnist) or non/descript (all the rest). On the positive, extremely quiet establishment and spacious room. All in all, 164 euro/ night is way too expensive for this hotel.

Stayed as a last minute overnight stay to walk the Highline179, location was a short 10 minute walk into town with a small selection of eating places. Room was ok but basic. Breakfast was terrible boiled eggs were raw! Coffee machine broken!

Great hotel for an overnight stay or a longer vacation. Lovely room, our had a beautiful view, and of a very high standard. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant is excellent. Must make a point about the reception: the young lady on duty was one of the best receptionist that we have encounter in our long life of travels. Nothing was too much for her and her English was very good. Pity that we could not book a room for our return journey as they were full.

The receptionists could not possibly have been any nicer! Our room was perfect with a small private sitting area outside the garden door. Breakfasts were outstanding with anything we could possibly want! Our room and the public areas were always neat and tidy. We celebrated my husband's birthday in the hotel restaurant- the staff was so helpful and kept my surprise- food was delicious. We would stay here again when ever in the area. (Perfect location- lots within driving distance from Reutte.)

Ideaal doorreis hotel, niet geschikt voor langer verblijf. Laat je niet misleiden door de foto's op hun website. Als je geen half pension boekt word je verwezen naar de uiterst ongezellige eetzaal, krijg je de keuze uit beperkt aantal gerechten die zeker overeenkomen met de suggestie van een verfijnde keuken op hun website. De "lounge" heeft evenveel uitstraling als een wegrestaurant. Pro : uiterst vriendelijk personeel, degelijke kamers, goede matrassen, vlot bereikbaar vanaf de Fernpas. Contra: prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

Erster Besuch war schon im August. WE mit HP. Zi.21. nach hinten raus, Küchen Ausgang Türe ging den ganzen Abend laut zu. Bei der HP wurde auf meine Wünsche zwecks Essen eingegangen. Waren nett und freundlich. Jetzt im Oktober wie ausgewechselt. Zi.1. nach hinten wieder die laute Kuchentür. Kannte ich ja schon,liegt wahrscheinlich daran,weil ich einen BLK wollte. Anreise eher so naja. Abend im Lokal, mein erstes Getränk Schorle weiß "süß" war schon falsch. Ein vegetarisches Gericht sagte mir nicht zu. Fragte nach Käspätzle,hatte ich ja dort schon mal. Diesmal total wässrig. Fade und Kiloweise kalte Zwiebel obenauf. Serviert wurde diese in einem Suppenteller/Tiefenteller. Kein Salat nicht sonstiges dabei. Der Kassenbeleg sah ich erst am nächsten morgen, da meine Tochter den Betrag bezahlt hat. ACHTUNG: 1 Teller Kässpätzle FÜR 17,50 € !!!! Eine Wiener Schnitzel mit ä Schüssele Pommes Rahmsoße 20,50 € !!!! WAS STIMMT DA NICHT Kaffeeglas,undicht, Spülmittel auf Brötchen getropft. Obstschale am Rand KAPUTT, Finger auf gerissen. Und wollte eine Erklärung für den VÖLLIG übertriebenen Preis. Es kam zu keiner positiven Reaktionen. Unfreundliche Antworten. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Per più di 160 euro a notte non ci siamo proprio.... Camera con moquette che non veniva pulita bene, pulizie in generale non accurate. Stanza e bagno di arredamento e concezione vecchia con carenza di prese, per caricare il cellulare ho dovuto staccare la TV. Una delle abat jour non funzionava. Colazione buona Do una stella in più per la splendida vista dal balcone.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Spabereich sehr sauber und alles funktionierte. Das Restaurant hatte eine übersichtliche Karte, aber alle Gerichte waren sehr gut. Auch der Weinkeller war sehr gut sortiert und wir wurden sehr gut beraten.
