攜程宣傳的和實際情況大相徑庭，宣傳的打特價優惠活動，有窗户，有瓶裝水，面積15平方米，實際情況是不是優惠，沒有窗户，不通風，沒有瓶裝水，面積12平方米，沒有浴巾，屋內發黴的味道嚴重，衞生臟亂差，讓人窒息，價格高，打着特價吸引人，欺騙手段，不誠實，誇大宣傳，顛倒黑白，必須要嚴懲不良商家，服務態度不好

服務差，沒熱水，還收按金，樂昌的貧困是有原因的，窮瘋了的店家，窮山惡水出**。簡直就是古代那種黑店，希望大家睜開雙眼不要被這種黑店宰。

房間黴味很重，價格便宜，特惠房是鐵皮違章搭建。邊上就是是烈士陵園。靠着山坡和垃圾站蚊蟲比較多。家庭賓館，出差將就住一下還行，對環境有追求的不建議了。
