不愧是樂昌最好的酒店，地理位置特別好～就在河邊容易找，車位多且方便，住過那麼多酒店，碧桂園鳳凰酒店的房間是最大的，應我的要求還給簡單佈置了，我很滿意，辛苦樓層服務員了，酒店設計也很好，經典歐式建築風格，吃住一條龍，經前台妹子熱情推薦，確定次日約朋友喝早茶的地方就選在酒店了，不負所望，早茶食材新鮮，口味絕了，朋友們都説好吃，出品好、服務好！

每次回樂昌都是住碧桂園酒店，回家的感覺，環境舒適，房間夠大、衞生潔凈，早餐品種豐富，性價比高；工作人員服務熱情用心，特別是前台小姐姐小麥服務非常貼心，給我們升級了房型送了應季水果，親自帶我們去一樓餐廳，點贊！以後回來還住這。

酒店環境很好，空氣清新，夜景很美，給升級了房間

老公休年假，決定自駕遊，第一站樂昌。之前我們無意中訂了碧桂園的連鎖鳳凰酒店，給我們很大的驚喜，看到樂昌也有，果斷訂了。酒店位於江邊，環境幽靜，停車方便。入住確認很快，房間面積大，舒適乾淨。早餐品種多，吃得很好。

酒店外觀豪華大氣，停車位充足，還有充電樁特別方便，入住很驚喜，前台美女很有禮貌，辦理入住的全程感覺很温柔專業有禮，不愧是連鎖酒店培訓的，安排的房間我也好喜歡，房間超大，還有陽台，晚上夜景也超美，最主要床墊很舒服，睡得好香，滿意👍
