酒店有一定年代，但是各方面都很好，前台的麥姐姐很熱情，看到一家三口出門主動給我們升級房型，添置多一份牙刷拖鞋等，也主動幫我們把行李推上去，超級好的，房間也是有大陽台的房間，每次回來樂昌必住鳳凰酒店，5樓在升級改造，期待改造完成的酒店

服務不錯，入住就送了小禮品，讓人感覺良好。充電樁在酒店門口10米外地方，也很方便。設施是比較舊的了，房間還算夠大。訂的小童房，沒有小童牙刷，不過電話之後，很快就送過來了。

房間寬敞，熱水充足，床褥乾淨，枕頭舒服，升級為六樓的江景零壓房，陽台上眺望江水倒映大橋霓虹，景色很美，服務很好，尤其是前台麥小姐給人賓至如歸的感覺，是一次很不錯的入住體驗！

1.裝修一般般，電視機賊小且不能關閉屏幕🖥️否則沒有無線網絡可用。
2.所處樓層有陽台可晾曬衣物，如遇雨天屋頂排水管會滴水沒什麼用！視野低不太好看不到什麼風景，
3.房間隔音不好，空調外機轟轟聲很吵，走廊過道有吵鬧聲也能清晰聽到（´▽｀）
4.冰箱鎖着想冰些水果飲料都不行！
