1）房卡開不了門，鎖芯壞了，一開始説是晚上有人來換，一天推一天，一直沒換，每次開門都需要等前台拿機械鑰匙開門，極其不便。
2）標註有洗衣房我才入住的，但是入住第二天我説要用洗衣機，答覆是壞了，買了新的馬上就到，但是直到退房未見有洗衣機可用。
3）我一開始入住就説了要住很久，先下單了一個星期，然後到期了，到期的下午提醒了我一下，我當時在忙，忘了續費，於是在凌晨1.30給我房間打電話，忘記續費，這誠然是我不對，但是有必要在凌晨1.30給人打電話嗎？給我吵醒之後導致整晚難以入睡，極其糟糕的入住體驗。
