"Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus.
Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future."

"Прекрасные апартаменты: чисто, уютно, тихо, идеальное расположение в историческом центе. Очень любезные хозяева: мы приехали пораньше нам приготовили номер через 30 минут, рассказали где что расположено, дали карту. Завтрак был приготовлен из местных продуктов и все домашнего приготовления, что особенно ценно. В общем очень рекомендую это место и если буду в Лечче, обязательно остановлюсь здесь ещё раз с удовольствием:)"

"The furnishings of the room are very retro and medieval style. The room is large and comfortable. The hotel is a castle and it is worth visiting. The lights are bright at night, there are torches, and the details reflect the literary style everywhere. The breakfast is rich, the pastry tastes delicate and refreshing, and the service is considerate."

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel also.
Its location is clearly the largest asset, since it is in the heart of the historic centre and is just a few meters from Santa Croce.
We were also very welcome!

"The hotel sheets and quilt cover were obviously not changed after the last guest checked out. There were hair and a lot of black fiber balls on the sheets and quilt cover. Call the front desk at 23 o'clock in the evening to help deal with it. The front desk said that it would not speak English. It also said that room service was off work. As a star-rated 4-star hotel, it was a bit speechless. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not a local neighborhood, many are foreign faces, pay attention to safety when traveling at night."

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

IIanLecce is a beautiful City and this hotel was an excellent choice. I simply can’t fault it at all. The location is fantastic but what really makes this place is the quality and professionalism of the staff. They were all so friendly and attentive. The room was amazing and the Atenze restaurant created lovely food.

I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked wonderful. The location is excellent, within easy reach of both the train station and the stunning city center. I had a fantastic experience!

LLittle Prince 小王子We got a deluxe double room which has a second floor with sofa. Everything is clean and new in a historic building. Great toiletry amenities. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with selected items on the rooftop with a great view of the old town.

CChristutiGreat place with amazing, friendly, courteous staff. They were all very attentive and on the ready. Free parking around the building wasn’t an issue. Great beaches only about 25-30 minutes drive away. They have certain activities and recommendations in case you don’t come in with a plan but there are definitely plenty of places to check out. Booked a private room for 2 people and it was big and spacious. Shared bathroom and showers were on the same floor and very close. Typical hostel vibes. Would recommend and consider staying again.

GGuest UserThis was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be.
The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely.
One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.

GGuest UserOverdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good.
Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly.

The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems
The bed is fine, pillows not so much
The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head
Overall a fine experience for me and cute view
The host is really nice in communication

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
