Stayed in a suite. The room was beautiful. The shower was the biggest I've seen. Very nice shower experience. I missed breakfast but Christian still made us coffee and provided some pastries for us to eat on the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect. Thank-you Christian for a wonderful stay

The Dimora San Giuseppe is a thoughtfully converted one-floor apartment in the heart of Lecce, the narrow via Ludovic Maremonti being a little hard to find (and street parking even harder) although conveniently close to good restaurants and the Piazza Sant'Oronzo. The place has been carefully and stylishly finished, making clever use of space and generally well equipped, with great beds. There's a good breakfast served on the roof-top terrace. Host Christian may not be on hand around the clock, but when he is, he is more than helpful.

We loved the location & our room was beautiful- amazing shower that I would like at home! Right in the old town there are restaurants & bar at the door. Parking about 10 mins away & 25€ a day undercover. Breakfast on the terrace was one of the best. Thankyou to our wonderful hosts for a lovely stay.

Cristian and his team run an incredibly charming mansion floor with incredible reasons to return. High Points: elevator, charming room, enormous bathrooms, entire rooftop terrace, charming breakfast collection of local farm to table items, quadruple glazed windows for noise Low Points: n/a Unique Points: bathroom huge circular electronic mirror with lighting choices

Great location and beautifully appointed rooms. The bathroom was amazing. Nice breakfast. Christian went out of his way to meet us early, and was very welcoming. Nice restaurants and sights close by. Parking is a ways from the B and B, but several options available.

Poor customer service. Booked this hotel as part of the birthday trip. I book this hotel on the 3rd of January for 4 days in February starting from the 19th. However I was not aware that my friends already made another surprise booking I needed to cancel this one. I try to cancel it in the 12th however didn’t get any reply until the 15th and they wouldn’t take the booking fee charge of €160. Such a shame, I do understand if is closer to the date but months in advance I am cancelling and still cancellation fee applied. Yes maybe change €50 for the inconvenience but €160 it taking a piss. Will never even visit your place and put me off even from booking anywhere else in Italy. Don’t bother going to this hotel as all they want is easy money.

Great location in the centre near everything. The room was stunning and big and attention to detail in all ways. We were so surprised for the price. Again parking is not easy but once you ask for advice and park at parkejoo secure parking it was great!! The breakfast was so beautiful and the terrace and facilities are exceptional. Directly opposite is a traditional restaurant and so bloody awesome. Highly recommend this accommodation in all ways . Divine

We could not imagine a better place to stay in Lecce. Our “Suite San Giuseppe” was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. They only have 5 rooms and recently they renovated all of them. Great communication via WhatsApp. We drove in from Matera and arrived about 130p and parked briefly in front of the hotel to leave our luggage and then directed to nearby street parking. Be sure to download the EasyPark app as it is widely used in this area. We were fortunate to have nice weather and be able to enjoy their lovely breakfast on their terrace overlooking a park and the Chiesa Santa Chiara. One night we enjoyed dinner at Mamma Elvira right nearby ( must book ahead) Everyone at this hotel was so helpful and accommodating. Follow them on Instagram to see beautiful photos of the property. Highly recommend!
