The iron sink was chipped and rusty inside. Noise under the balcony until 3 am due to the room below and for this reason, without arguing, we asked if it was possible to move to the apartment. We were told yes, with a discount on breakfast, since we would not have used it, but not the difference in the initial price of the rates, that is, 10 euros per day. We accepted. The apartment is lacking many basic things (tablecloth, napkins, oil and salt, wooden spoons for cooking) broken air conditioning in the bedroom and the radiator, only the one in the bedroom did not turn on. Our phone calls were answered via WhatsApp (never saw the staff) and all requests for support, and here comes the real sore point, the answers have always been evasive, late, vague: "we will do everything we can to see if they are available" "the physical reception is only during the day" "we do not provide that material because of covid" "we do not provide that material" We let everything go, but on the broken air conditioner, on December 31st, the tones on the phone became heated, especially when faced with the answer that "the radiators are turned on from 7:30 pm for energy saving reasons" and then, after hours of waiting, bouncing between employee and owner and blue ticks without an answer, discovering that the valve had to be turned, as if we should have known, while in the one in the kitchen it was already turned... oh well. We accepted the owner's apologies and the invitation to a meeting in person. Invitation vanished, replaced by another invitation, the day before leaving, again via whatsapp, again from the employee, if it was convenient for us, to pay via online bank transfer confirming the entire (!) amount agreed upon. Lastly, no receipt was issued. The potential is there, but there is also much, much to improve.
