We stayed here one night at the start of our cycling tour. It is located in the old town, close to all the attractions and restaurants but in a very quiet peaceful street. The bedroom was nicely furnished and the bathroom clean and well sized. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and even tried to help resolve our transfer problem when our flight was transferred to another airport. I would recommend this place and would definitely return.

This lovely looking hotel lost our booking. They claimed they had “personnel changes.” They accepted responsibility and booked us into another 3 star hotel, but one with a 3.5 Trip Advisor rating, a full point lower than its own TA rating. And, they booked an entirely unstatisfactoy “economy” room with no place to put clothes, a broken window and no hot water.

We landed in Lecce after cycling through a small part of Puglia for 6 days. L'Arco Vecchia was the perfect place to rest our weary heads and legs for a few days in this beautiful Baroque city. We were able immediately to stash our bikes safely in the garage, and shown to our bright, spacious comfortable rooms, some with balconies overlooking a quiet street. The shower was very welcome, as was the most comfortable bed all week. And we all agreed that the breakfast was probably the best on tour too, especially the fresh pancakes and local pastries. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making this the perfect base from which to explore bellissimo Lecce, the so-called 'Florence of the south'. But be warned...it's very easy to get lost in the labyrinthine streets of the old town. But that's another good thing about this slice of Italian heaven.

Excellent location for the city centre and station. Comfortable rooms which are tastefully decorated. A distinctive hotel with a modern ambiance. The breakfast was superb and the staff friedly and attentive.

Great location, service, amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The boutique hotel is new and in a modern style. The suite was amazing with a little terrace. Breakfast was very good. I can not recommend enough this hotel. And a plus it has its own garage.

A truly delightful stay in a wonderful hotel. Rooms were very large and provided excellent amenities including an espresso machine and bottled water. The entire property was spotless and the breakfast was great. All staff were helpful and assisted in any way they could.

I absolutely loved my stay here, I booked the suite for my partner's 30th birthday and can not recommend enough! The location was great if you want to see the old town of Lecce and in walking distance to some great restaurants too. The staff were very friendly and helped us plan our afternoon in the town so we saw the main sites. Loved our stay!

Nous avons d’abord été séduits par l’accueil très professionnel et charmant du jeune réceptionniste qui se démenait pour se rendre le plus utile et efficace possible. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans une chambre avec balcon, un plus quand on sait que le soleil y est présent le matin et en fin d’après-midi. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux même si le personnel en nombre restreint est parfois un peu débordé mais nous le leur pardonnons, leur gentillesse faisant le reste … s
