TERRIBLE SMELL IN THE ROOM!! After entering the room with the jacuzzi, we were welcomed by a very intense stink of mold - dampness. We contacted the property to complain and ask for a solution, but they didn't have another room with a jacuzzi, so they recommended using the air conditioning for a while to dry the room. After 1 hour the damp-stink was still there (also in the bathroom but no air conditioning) so we contacted the property again. They promised to refund us without penalty and instructed us to cancel the reservation. So we did and found another place to stay. Now magically Palazzo has changed their mind and doesn't want to return money. Very dishonest and unreliable behavior, taking advantage of people's good faith. Not to mention the unbelievability of this place (the photos show a bright room and in reality it is depressing), the saddest thing is the way we were deceived and treated. I hope you don’t run in the same horrible issue!

I stayed in their Double Room with Terrace. The room is very spacious and light-filled, it has a comfortable bed, wi-fi, a nice bathroom, and a big terrace. The building overall is beautiful and has a clean and classy feeling. The location is pretty good – walking distance to the old town Lecce.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite familiare, eravamo due adulti e tre bambini. La suite è molto spaziosa, con arredi belli e funzionali. Il gestore è stato molto cortese nel farci entrare in anticipo. Ho gradito anche l'aver trovato nel mini frigo una bottiglietta di acqua fresca per ciascuno, gratuitamente. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per parcheggiare e a 10 minuti a piedi dall'anfiteatro. Consigliato.

Suite à une double réservation nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cette chambre. Il s'agit ici d'un appartement qui se trouvait dans un immeuble à deux pas du bâtiment principal avec deux chambres qui peuvent être louées en même temps, les lieux paraissait très propre mais nous ne sommes pas en mesure de noter réellement ce lieu. Cependant je tiens à préciser que la réaction de la personne en charge des accueils ce jour là a très vite trouvé une solution et s'est très bien occupé de nous.

Ci siamo stati per un weekend e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura di fronte poiché avevo prenotato una camera con patio ed era un appartamento completamente ristrutturato e messo a nuovo. Camera super pulita con aria calda e fredda che uscivano dai condotti dell’aria posti nel controsoffitto e bagno super moderno con anche la doccia sensoriale. All’arrivo ci ha accolti la super disponibile Imma, una ragazza gentile che già il giorno prima mi aveva contattato su whatsapp per fornirmi tutte le informazioni necessarie. Bellissima la possibilità di fare il check-in online in anticipo. Comoda anche la possibilità di avere un codice da immettere sul tastierino per aprire il cancelletto dello stabile e ottima anche l’assenza di plastica in camera. I prezzi della camera erano giusti e la posizione favolosa, a circa 1 km, massimo 1,5 dal centro. Meglio non potevo avere e sono rimasto soddisfattissimo dalla mia esperienza in questa struttura.

È' stato un soggiorno da dimenticare in primis ci hanno assegnato una stanza sbagliata e quando facciamo notare tramite la mia app booking la stanza prenotata si è scusato dicendo che c'è stato quale errore sul web, promettendoci uno Sconto maggiore se avessimo prenotato direttamente da loro senza utilizzare booking ... il problema che la nuova stanza assegnata la numero 5 era senza servizi ... non funzionavano né condizionatori e tanto meno la vasca idromassaggio ho inviato un messaggio sul loro numero di telefono privato e faccio notare il nostro disagio loro mi dicono di riempire la vasca di più ma l'avevo già riempita abbastanza ! Il problema che non funzionava niente !! All' 1:30 In piena notte a causa del freddo abbiamo deciso di scappare .... La doccia addirittura si trova nella vasca idromassaggio senza ne termosifone e manco la porta = davvero mai vissuto Un esperienza così degradante .. eppure il costo della suite non era di 90 € soldi buttati ! Non torneremo mai più ! Allego tutto perché non sopporto passare per bugiardo .. e mi avete causato davvero un gran disagio .pessima gestione

Situata a pochi minuti dal centro,la sua bellezza e il suo fascino,nascondono una pessima gestione. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo segnalato la mancanza di acqua calda,la chiusura della porta della camera difettosa ( la numero 2) e dopo il primo caffè abbiamo notato ma non segnalato la mancanza di zucchero e cucchiaini; anche dopo la seconda notte stessi problemi di mancanza di acqua calda, chiusura difettosa e ancora niente zucchero e cucchiaini nonostante il ripristono delle cialde. Abbiamo effettuato il pagamento e non ci è stato comunicato che il soggiorno era già stato pagato dalla persona che aveva provveduto a prenotare. Dopo un giorno dal pagamento ricevo una telefonata dal responsabile che mi informa del "disquido" e mi invita a inviare iban x il rimborso. Sono passati 11 giorni e diversi solleciti ma ancora niente rimborso. Sconsigliato!

Etape trés confortable à Lecce, ce batiment a été totalement requalifié selon les standarts contemporains.L'acceuil et la disponibilité via watsapp est réactive.Il y a des possibilités de se garer dans la rue mais les places sont convoitées! Pas de petit dej mais une multitude de possibilités sympas dans le quartier trés proche du centre historique.
