The Down-Under! Wonderful Central Citrus Location!

Looking for a quick get away? Snowbird? We have just the place for you! How about a longer term rental for temp workers? Or maybe you are looking for a bit of nature? Well you found it! Road bike trails, kayaking, tubing, swimming with manatees, mountain biking (well hills...), just a quiet day at the local springs. They don't call this area the "Nature Coast" for nothing! Our home is on a very private 2.5 acres with amazing views. Don't be surprised to see a fox trot by, a large owl spying down on you, a bobcat sneaking by or maybe a turkey or two. This is true rural Florida. The space contains one bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. Living-room has a large sectional sofa and TV. Kitchen is a "kitchenette", small but does what you need it to. Full size fridge and range, microwave, and sink. All you need to enjoy simple meals at home, nice dishes along with basic pots and pans. If you are visiting friends and family in Citrus Hills, Black Diamond, Beverly Hills, Lecanto or anywhere in the county, we make a great meeting spot. We are centrally located, right in the middle of county. Many conveniences are close at hand, Walmart is one mile from the house, its a safe 20 minute walk if you chose. Publix is 2.5 miles to the east. Within walking distance is a a mom/pop burger spot; a sushi restaurant that also serves traditional Japanese, Thai, and Chinese; a Wawa, Wendy's and McDonalds; and a small park and multi-use paved bike trail. The apartment is below our main home. You have a separate entrance and total privacy. That's why its called the "Down Under"!
