There was a smell in the room and there was a hole in the shower covered with a bandaid.

Was clean

We did not get the sheets changed Monday and Tuesday. House keeping did not do a very good job. Monday we had to get our own towels.

The key card worked the first time and every time which is not the usual case. Every employee that I talked to was extremely polite and helpful. I liked the room location. The wall sconce on the left side of the bed had a defective switch

No one placed ice melt on the ice that was on the sidewalk. When i went to get in to my truck i slipped fell and slammed my head on the concrete. The only things that were done was a message to maintenence to place ice melt down (which never happened) and i an im sorry from the girl at the front desk. No one came to our room to check on me no phone call no email nothing. Will NEVER stay there again.

This was a total disaster! We arrived around 4:00pm with a scheduled check in available for 3p. We were given room number and proceeded to a totally un-made room. The bathroom sink had about 4" around the edge so no room for staging make-up or personal care items. The bathroom was also dark, so I had to lean over the sink to see into the mirror. There was no mirror in the bedroom, and I don't really know how clean it was because it also had very little light. The first night we were VERY COLD. We discovered there was a substantial gap around the AC-Heat unit, so I ask for an extra blanket the second night. That was cheerfully given to me. Overall, I would NOT stay in this hotel again.

Luke warm water in bathtub,was useing it it because l could not get water to shower head. Sink barely drained. Staf was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Think I sould get partial refund or some compensation

The employees were nice, the hotel had what I needed for my one night stay, but I would suggest it be on the list to have updates done.

The first room I checked into was smoking, and the desk clerk was great about getting me another room. Also, I had just stayed at the Sheraton in Overland Park KS, but the Super 8 had better pillows.

Beds were low and seemed worn out. Bathroom had some brown stain in the tub that did clean up after scrubbing.

The room was clean and had no odors. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. The hotel exterior looked great also.

Small rooms, our room tub and sink pitted with rust. For the $$ not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Thought I was reserving a room for $62, then was billed $100 per night.
