When I checked in, I was asked to wait while they were checking the room. After waited more than 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that I could enter the room. Some of my complains:
1. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom
2. The handle of shower is broken (not attached properly as the inside part of it is teared off)
3. The tap output channel was broken, this effects the stream is quite powerful as there is no filter to hold the stream
4. I booked a double bed, however it was 2 twin bed that become 1 bed.
However, the hotel staff was pretty kind to give me 2 additional complimentary drinks.

The amenities are complete and its pretty clean, but the shower is kinda hard to control and need some time to heat up. The parking lot needs to be valet as it was small and pack up with lots of cars.

Everything was ok..
Except for the lack of parking area. However the valet service was very agile to handle customer's cars.
