We stayed here for part of a week recently. The positives, they had a pool and they do provide breakfast every day. The Jimmy Dean croissant sandwiches were tasty. We also had yogurt, a granola bar and juice. They deliver breakfast to your room at the time specified. The negatives, the air conditioning in our room didn't work. We had to continually reset the button on the plug and every night it would just stop working all together. The person that checked us in failed to let us know that there is no stay over service at all. They do not enter your room nor do they provide any amenities such as clean towels unless requested. When I went to ask about this at the front desk the person working kept laughing at me and saying that I just needed to fill out a paper for the things I needed. I explained no one told us about the paper or that we could request other items. The customer service was horrible. We have stayed here before and it was a much better experience. I can confidently say that we will never stay here ever again. This was a horrible experience and I'm sad to see whyndham allowing this place to go down hill as much as it has.

First, location. I walked back and forth between hotel and downtown Leavenworth without worrying about Uber. Even though it was close to downtown, I loved the relatively cheap price. Furthermore, friendly service, clean room, everything was perfect. I will definitely visit this hotel again on my next trip :)

The hotel is not luxurious, but it has the flavor of a country hotel. The exterior layout of the hotel is still very beautiful. The location is right in the center of Leavenworth town. Across the road is the most lively neighborhood, with various small shops and restaurants.

I think this place is nice. But having zero hot water from the time of arrival to departure is not ok. We went on a vacation to relax and get away, not pay $500 a night and not be able to shower. If i wanted to stay somewhere with no hot water i wouldve camped in the woods. This placed lived up to it's name as all of our water was ice cold. We received 25% off for having no hot water. Lol. The weekend really should've been comped or given us accommodations for the future so we could come back and you know...use the shower. It's unacceptable and we will never be back unless this is made right.

My son turned 21 recently. I brought him to Leavenworth to do some wine, spirits, and cider tasting. We needed a convenient location but didn't want to spend a lot of money for a place to sleep. We were both impressed with how nice the front desk staff were and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We were a quick 5 minute walk into the heart of town. I would definitely stay there again.

Only spent one night at LOGE Downtown before we headed up into the Enchantments for a few nights. The location is great! Easy walking distance to everything. Rooms are clean and minimalistic, but with great amenities. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. We had a first floor room and could hear the person in the room above walking around, but the hotel provides earplugs. It wasn't a deal breaker for us since there were so many more positives about the place. I would stay here again.
