"The hotel is located near the airport and is within walking distance. The hotel has a car for free. It is an ideal place to stay for transfers and morning flights. The room facilities are not new but complete and clean. The hotel environment is good. The restaurant is good and there is a swimming pool"

"Great location. Basic rooms with comfortable bed. Limited options for breakfast - we eventually found out about the “pool view” cafe in the Novotel (the pool is dry) which had better breakfast options for us as we had small children who only wanted toast and not the buffet breakfast at the Mercure. (We were told it would be $15 for children over 5 (our grandchild is 6) but then other people said they were told it was free.!? Had some trouble with parking - paying guests should be assigned at least 1 car park per room - however this wasn’t the case and we had to park in the “overflow” area across the road and carry our luggage over. Definitely need a car or vehicle to go anywhere. Great new pool but don’t stand on the fake turf on a hot day as it burns your feet! Don’t forget to ask for “Territorian rates” if you are a local - show your drivers licence and get a discount."

"Service at reception was good. While the room was clean, the bed left a bad impression; lumpy pillows, broken zipper on pillow protector, small but obvious stain on bedsheet & spiders on pillows. There’s a few more minor defects but for the money paid, it wasn’t up to standard."

"Best features: we had a ground floor unit. So we had a door out to the garden.  The bathroom was clean and medium size.  Beds perfect. Space-not cramped.  Room additions fine for making your own breakfast microwave and fridge included also a table and chairs outside on concrete great for washing dishes. The hotel is located away from passing traffic. Air con and fan worked well..  Downside:  if you’re staying a while and want to go shopping you have to get to Casuarina shops to get a local bus to city centre.  Otherwise it’s approx 30min drive. Casuarina Is an air-conditioned Westfield type shopping mall. We liked it and would stay again Didn’t get s chance to try the restaurant and pool but the menu look good a pond seemed welcoming."

"I liked the garden and sit out at night rather than most hotels you just have a room maybe a balcony but with garden all around you it's great"

"If the requirements are not high, it is still good. However, there is a problem with the voltage. If the appliance is turned on too much, the power will be cut off."
