酒店是一棟獨棟高樓建築，位於樂安縣城中心地段，自駕下高速十分鐘可達，停車、出行均十分便利。房間裝修以中式風格為主，以詩詞為內涵，設施齊全，詩詞書籍和茶葉是亮點，彰顯酒店的用心。晚上睡覺安靜不吵，WiFi熱水都給力，早餐也不錯，以後來樂安還會選擇住這裏。

進到酒店大廳都會給人眼前一亮，環境優雅，看起來一塵不染，這是給我的第一感覺。酒店的房間高端大氣上檔次，房間內物品擺放的整整齊齊，房間也打掃的乾乾淨淨，最主要的是服務人員小陳也很熱情，方方面面都想的比較周到。酒店的餐廳也很乾凈整潔衞生，菜品齊全，味道也很好吃。

自駕遊的時候路過的縣城就安頓下來了，酒店地段很好，旁邊就有個小吃街，房間有小度很方便，衞生很乾凈，前台小劉服務很熱情貼心，問題處理及時，早餐很豐富，退房的時候落了東西，酒店還特意電話聯繫快遞了東西給我，一次很好的入住體驗。

非常非常差，不建議入住 1）進房間滿屋子煙味，上個入住的客人抽煙，後續打掃也沒開窗通風 2）枕頭一股子味道，也不知道換過沒有 3）地上衞生明顯沒打掃，全是一團一團的長頭髮 4）早餐品種少，分量少，服務員更是差，尤其是一個年紀稍大的阿姨，叫她煮個米粉，滿臉不情願，像是欠她幾百萬

必須給差評，體驗感太差，這個酒店在這裏房價算是很高，但是房間確是很小，當時就是看房間的客廳大點才訂的，誰知道一到房間那麼小，因為當時我是先讓朋友上去房間我是很晚才過來，圖片第二和第三張看着就是感覺這個廳很大，實際就是打擦邊球，實際就是一個很小的客訂，拍了2種照片，一種放沙發，一種是沒有沙發放個麻將機，都放平台，實際是怎麼樣大家可能腦補讓我們消費者誤認為這個廳很大既可以放沙發還能放下麻將機，這個訂房踩坑了，打電話和前台溝通，前台確説這個套房是有2種房型，1種是衹有沙發沒有麻將機，另外一種是衹有麻將機沒有沙發還在這裏找藉口，是怎麼樣的負責人心裏很清楚，我説既然有2種房型為什麼平台不分套房1和套房2，為什麼圖片放在一個房型，前台就沒有説話説這個不是她弄的，後來還説我訂單你不是取消了嗎，當時我朋友給我定了1間這個房型，我自己又來又定了1間，放入當天我讓我朋友取消了他訂的，我保留自己定的，前台難道不看訂單嗎，要是取消了你會讓我住，另外房價500還沒到過年，還沒有早餐，辦入住的時候我問有沒有早餐，前台説沒有但是可以免費送2份早餐但是要寫個好評，實際一般這個價格都是有早餐，但是他們就説沒早餐就是要我們的好評，在上海1線城市這個房價都沒這裏這麼高，這個價格都可以住很高很大的酒店還有早餐的，另外房間的護髮素還是空的。這個酒店性價比不高，第二天離店我又看了下這個房型，結果就把第三張圖片有麻將機的就在平台上刪除了，不是説有2種房型嗎，為什麼要刪除，啪啪打臉！
