I would say everything is okay. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. However, we saw a stranger walk into the building and ask us for something while there was no receptionist at that time. It is a bit scary so be careful!

Nice place, but where is breakfast?
Staff was excellent, condition of the place was good, but definitely too expensive for the quality offered. Elevator is a service elevator and you need to call staff in order to use it - we didn't need it, though. Breakfast is included, but what breakfast? I swear I was there, in the breafkast room, butI couldn't find a breakfast. Toast with jam? Extremely poor. Again, staff was excellent and the place is decent, but that breakfast did it for me. Not a nice way to end the trip..

The breakfast was terrible, liquid scrambled eggs and cereal. Most places have at least bacon or sausage, hard boil eggs and a variety of fruit

Had the most wonderful stay here with kids over March break.
Staff at the front desk are so kind and accommodating.
Pool and sauna were a hit- be advised the hot tub is no longer in use here though.
Breakfast was delish- the waffles were 10/10!
Our room was clean and updated. The family rooms can’t be beat!
Will absolutely be returning.

The pool and hot tub were out of service… i booked 2 days for my autistic grandson could swim… we had to go to a facility off the property which cost me more money!! Not happy at all

Quiet property with large rooms and breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Our t.v. wasn't working properly and they replaced it.

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. That is the only negative thing I can say. Anu Jain was amazing I sent her a separate email. She is an amazing ambassador for the hotel. She went above and beyond in every instance.

Rude and dishonest
I have never seen a receptionist be so rude and even dishonest. On top of that, I had to wait 5 minutes for them to show up at the reception desk. Rude.
