I checked in. Saw there was a hockey game being played outside my bedroom. Right now families are setting off air horns outside my bedroom. I was just attacked by the parents thinking that noise in the hallways is acceptable. I have asked to be moved to another room. This is terrible service. I will never book a hotel on the site again.

Great and friendly staff. There where spots in the shower and hair in the tub which makes me believe that the cleaning is not done thoroughly. The usb plugs under the tv don’t work.

I arrived close to 3pm. The check-in time is apparently at 4pm. I asked if I could check-in early to drop off my bags quickly and go. The front desk person was polite but called the manager. The manager said I could not check-in early unless we paid more money. The rooms were ready but wanted to gauge a customer that had been travelling all day to make an extra buck. Shameful! They blamed it on the fact I booked my hotel with *******. Bad customer service from the hotel manager. Would not stay again.
