Red Roof Inn Tampa Bay - St. Petersburg

Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. When I first arrived there were drug users hanging outside most of the rooms working on thier bicycles and smoking, once i checked in and was given my room key I went to my room 125.... when I opened the door the mattres and box spring were flipped up againt the wall and the TV was in the floor. The room smelt bad. I went back to the front desk and told the man that the room was destroyed and he put me in a different room 130.... the room was not destroyed but absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the blankets, chair and smelled terrible. Even the towels were yellowed and stained with brown stains. There was even hair in the sink and handprints on the mirror. The room was so terrible that I did not even stay there. I booked the room online so I was not able to cancel my stay there... I had to pay more to go stay somewhere else.

Things started off rocky, but the cleark at the front desk of Red Roof got on the phone and talked with supervisor got things corrected and cleared up swiftly
