Cleanliness wise it's dirty! The rooms are not at all furnished! It's almost dilapidated! The food is barely edible. During the wake training course the boat broke down several times during the week. The wake equipment is worn out to the point of death. They don't maintain the place or their equipment at all. Not to mention that the other courses had the same problem. The only plus was the team was nice, instructor too. First and last there
