Rooms were small, outdated and dirty. Service was good at reception, however car valet left a sour taste in my mouth. The car was given to them and was not returned to me in the same settings... Not very happy. 37 euro per person for breakfast is also a joke... Only saving grace was the quality of the bed, very comfy.

This is a disappointing hotel for the price. A "Superior Room" is €340 / night and the room was quite small and pokey with a similarly unimpressive bathroom. My biggest gripe is the Air Conditioning, which is "restricted" to 3 degrees below the ambient temperature for "environmental reasons", which is clearly tosh, it saves them hundreds of thousands of Euros every year. Good luck if you stay here in high summer with temperature at 30 degrees, your AC can only be set to 27 degrees ! The breakfast is €38 for a distinctly average buffet offering. Ending on a positive note, the staff were good.

This is truly a 5-star hotel in a fantastic location. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and ambience are amazing. The hotel staff are attentive and the breakfast was one of the best I have had. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom. We would like to thank the hotel for looking after us so well and mskimg our stay very special. We will certainly revisit the area and stay again at this hotel.

Check your bill thoroughly as I spent hours at reception trying to sort out mine and when I requested to check out a day early they agreed to refund the night but several days later refused the refund and basically lied! I am still in long winded communications and will update the outcome but beware and check every bill carefully and at check in go through the terms of your booking and all fine details.

This was the 8th time of staying at the Hotel Westminster & we will certainly be returning. The staff are brilliant , efficient , smiling , friendly & helpful. The food is wonderful . The Michelin starred Le Pavillon is a must for us in fact it is probably the main reason for staying at this hotel. Good , tasty meals can also be had at the Table du West restaurant at the hotel. It is delightful to wake up & have a quality buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Bacon, mushrooms, beans, scrambled eggs , boiled eggs, chesses , cold meats, smoked salmon, plenty of fruit, breads & patisseries. Comfortable rooms, spa is small but sufficient . Overall we always enjoy our stay at this superb hotel & look forward to returning.

We have been to Le Touquet many times over the last few years and have always been impressed by how magnificent this hotel looks at Christmas time which is the time of year we visit usually. We havent ever been into the hotel until this year. We asked if we were just able to have drinks in the bar and were very warmly welcomed, the drinks ordered we were delighted when a little tray of delicious nibbles appeared alongside. The outside of the hotel was so well decorated and inviting. The staff were professional and warm so much so that we returned on the following evening before returning to UK. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to call in again before too long

We have visited Le Touquet before and have seen this hotel- we knew how fabulous it was so when it was our wedding anniversary we knew we had to stay here. The hotel didn’t disappoint- staff were very attentive and professional throughout our stay. We had an interconnecting room with our teenage children, which worked perfectly. The rooms were very spacious, felt luxurious and we had a great view looking over the front of the hotel, great for people watching! We ate in the restaurant one night, our dog was allowed to join us too which was great. The food was amazing , the atmosphere was somewhat bland though. The following evening we ate in the town which was more alive and great to be able to watch the world go by. The beaches here are amazing, always a breeze to keep you cooled. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t make comment. There are plenty of places to grab a pastry and a coffee whilst enjoying the wonderful surroundings. We will definitely return.

Driving to and from the UK every year, my family and I try to have a short break at the Barrière Westminster. Our latest visit, late December 2024, was, once again, very enjoyable. Very welcoming staff, pleasant and always trying to accommodate any requests. We had two connected rooms, very practical and spacious, with some welcome gifts for our little one. Merci beaucoup! The bar is very warm and cosy, the restaurant is very nice and the spa is small, but very comfy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will definitely come back.
