Hotel in great location, very clean and lovely quirky decor in communal areas. Rooms basic but clean. The young girls in the bar area were very friendly and helpful. Beware the manager/owner. From the off she displayed a very aggressive rude persona. There was an issue with the parking and instead of resolving this in a civil manner she started stomping about shouting that she didn’t have time for this - we couldn’t believe it - totally shocking! When we left the next morning she telephoned us to come back and pay the daily tax even though we had a confirmation from the hotel to say that this was included she then denied the confirmation was from the hotel. We paid to shut her up and left - never to return again.

Lovely independent hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms were a little on the hot side (weather had been very warm) but we were provided a fan which made a difference. Nice bar and outside seating area. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel Castel Victoria is perfectly located close to the beach and the centre of town so easy to visit the many excellent Restaurants. My room with a terrace was small but well equipped, comfortable and quiet.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic little hotel almost right in the centre of town but also close to the beach. All the people working there really care for their guests. Always would come back.

I was quite surprised with the hotel, much better than I anticipated for a 3 star. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful, which made our stay so much better. Rooms very compact but everything you needed, also clean.

We found this to be a quirky hotel in terms of decor but a good place for an overnight stay (with a special deal for those using the airport). The “cosy” rooms that we had would be small for two people but they are cleverly designed and fitted out. Just a short walk from the main street and the beach promenade.

Hotel is very shabby. The bathrom and toilet are too small. Bedsheets are not clean and have centainly alreadu been used before. Parking is expensive €25 a day. A lot of noise during the night. This Hotel in Touquet is absolutely overpriced!
