Nous sommes allés boire un thé au lounge bar (enfin nous voulions ) ce mercredi 19 mars .., il n’y avait pas grand monde et après de longues minutes d’attente nous nous sommes lassés Un barman semblant peu réactif et qui n’a pas eu un mot pour nous faire patienter m’a dissuadé (D’ailleurs comment fait il Quand il y a un peu plus de monde) Bref même dans le moindre bistrot alentour l’accueil est plus chaleureux et le service un peu plus rapide Je n’y retournerai plus Max

Un hôtel parfaitement rénové pour une nouvelle et très belle expérience ! Habitué des anciens lieux, quel changement ! Chambre très bien rénovée, test du bistrot le CINTRA, simple, efficace et bonne cuisine! Personnel très à l’écoute et agréable. Certainement le plus bel établissement hôtelier du Puy!

Une magnifique découverte ! L’établissement est tout simplement superbe, avec une décoration originale qui change des hôtels traditionnels et crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et unique. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût. Seul détail le frigo dans la chambre était débranché pour y mettre le lait de notre Bébé. Un grand bravo au petit-déjeuner enfin des produits de qualité dans un hôtel au Puy, votre pain et vos confitures sont excellents! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Un cadre cosy et chaleureux, un excellent accueil avec hotesse qui me conduit à ma chambre et m'explique le fonctionnement des équipements. Un excellent confort dans une chambre très calme. Equipement de très haut niveau avec écran TV XXL, Connection Wifi efficace. Possibilité de restauration sur place, au restaurant (réservation) ou au bistro avec des propositions simples mais bien construites.

Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Le Regina suite à sa réouverture. L'hôtel a été entièrement rénové, l'ambiance est feutrée, l'accueil est chaleureux à la réception. La chambre était parfaitement propre et la literie confortable. L'accueil en chambre est personnalisé. Nous avons également passé un très bon moment au restaurant de l'établissement La Table 1924, qui a su réveiller nos papilles avec une proposition raffinée.
