I booked this room visa their website. The website and the confirmation email stated a checkin time of 14:00. Upon arriving I was informed that normally check-in is at 17:00. I wouldn't have booked if I'd known this. I canceled and found a less convenient place. Not helpful

We staied one night on august; hotel in good position not far from town center and useful public parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunatly after having payed at checkin, when back at home we found an unexpected charge on our credit card. Contacted by phone and mail but still waiting for explanations and refund after one week.

This hotel was booked for us by an agency. We stayed two nights. The rooms are worn and had stains on walls. Lights in the bathroom are on some kind of motion detector, but they turned off and on all night all by themselves. The desk staff said they would be repaired, but they never were. It was very difficult to sleep. We would not return.

Average hotel, does not deserve the 4 stars, check-in is only from 4 p.m. but not before, the family room has just the minimum of 4 beds with only one chair for 4, there is nothing to hang the towels so you have to put them on the floor, no shampoo or shower gel like in all the hotels in the world, in short, move on, there are much better at the same price with breakfast included.
