Excellent service from the lady at reception, she couldn't have been more helpful.
Its a budget hotel, so my expectations were not high and proved correct. Quite tired rooms, but very clean, no issues with that. Room was dark and shutters didn't open, perhaps to cut down the noise from the railway at the back. No dining or bar facilities; they do offer breakfast but I had to check-out early, so didnt try it.

Hôtel trois étoiles qui ne sont pas réellement justifiables. L'hôtel est propre mais plutôt vieillot dans les meubles comme dans la décoration. L'ascenseur semble souffrir d'un nombre d'années de fonctionnement important d'après ses inquiétants bruits, les menuiseries n'ont pas un vitrage assez épais pour empêcher, ou réduire au moins le bruit incessant des véhicules qui circulent sur la route présente devant l'hôtel et le personnel n'est pas très accueillant. L'alarme incendie a sonné à 7h30 sans qu'aucune explication, excuse ou geste commercial ait été faits.. Un grand parking sécurisé et un petit déjeuner correct sont les points positifs à retenir de notre séjour.

Très déçu. Ne vaut pas du tout le prix.
Le personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct.
Du bruit toute la nuit à cause des voitures, du train, des bruits de visseuse à 2h du matin.
Les clients qui parlent et fument sur les balcons sans se préoccupé des voisins.
Quartier mal à l'aise.

sur les 5 jours prévus, nous sommes partis dès le 1er jour, appartement sale, odeur d'égout insupportable, chambre au rez de chaussée, occupée en permanence par de nombreuses personnes qui viennent s'asseoir à votre terrasse, fumer, discuter, et même faire un barbecue......HONTEUX. Malgré nos demandes, ces gens ne respectent rien et ont continué à passer sans arrête devant les baies vitrées , ils sont clairement chez eux, même si vous vous payez. Et comble de l'irrespect et de l'illégalité, nous avons surpris les voir une dame gardienne, la tête sous le volet de la chambre entrain de regarder à l'intérieur!!!! Fuyez cet hôtel, c'est bruyant, man entretenu, vous aurez le sentiment d'occuper un accueil social ....et d'être contraint de vivre et supporter toutes ces personnes.... merci à Mr Hossmane qui nous a préparé le petit déjeuner, souriant , très agréable, respectueux...merci à vous cher Monsieur. malgré votre attitude exemplaire, nus ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel
