"This place is in a really good location and easy to find. Travel light though as there are no lifts and narrow staircases to carry your luggage. As most old places in Europe there is no air conditioning, so be prepared. You needed to step over the bath to shower so take that into consideration too. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator, bonus in Europe. The restaurant has a good menu and drink selection. English is spoken, if required. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues. "Truly felt that this hotel is the best location if u ever visited Mont saint michel , France . For my opinion is all about getting a nice photo. The restaurant & cafe is the only one in town with the whole castle as ur backdrop. Is very accessible as the bus from Pontorson train station stop in front of the hotel as well as the free shuttle crossing the bridge to month saint michel. All rooms have an open balcony which I loved it because you will feel connected with the nature . Bonus: there is a small path that cut tru the vast grass land to this amazing poster like photo spot , just google Méandres from ur hotel and is about 1.3km walk to there.( if is after rain , bring a boots it gets muddy )"
