The hotel is in the scenic area, about 20 minutes walk from Mont Saint-Michel Castle. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from Mont Saint-Michel. The room we have has a balcony overlooking Mont Saint-Michel. The hotel does not have a lift and the luggage must be picked up by the guest. There is a parking lot in front of and around the hotel, and the parking fee is charged by the entrance of the scenic spot, 4 Euro per day. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and there are many restaurants around, which is convenient.
Hotel in Mont Saint Michel island.
The location is very good in 1.2 minutes walk from the entrance.
On this trip, I had to leave this hotel at AM6 and I had a very good response.
Arrange shuttle bus to the outside of Sakai Island
Taxi arrangement from outside Sakai Island to Granville station
Breakfast is prepared despite the breakfast time
He wrote the flow of the day on paper and told me to respond best.
The receptionist felt a little old, but the room was clean and there was no place to feel dissatisfied.
Because it was early in the morning, it was not possible to see the morning tan of Mont Saint Michel, but it was possible to enjoy the quiet cityscape at night.
Recommended hotel if you are considering it in the future.
It is a very rare experience to be able to stay overnight on the island. There is no elevator and you have to climb a narrow spiral staircase.
The sheets and rooms were clean.
There were numerous small insects by the window. Breakfast was simple western food, but fine. The cheese and prosciutto ham were delicious.
The staff was friendly and helpful with smiles for directions and cab arrangements.

This place is in a really good location and easy to find. Travel light though as there are no lifts and narrow staircases to carry your luggage. As most old places in Europe there is no air conditioning, so be prepared. You needed to step over the bath to shower so take that into consideration too. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator, bonus in Europe. The restaurant has a good menu and drink selection. English is spoken, if required. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I think it's a room like a Japanese business hotel, so I like it, but it was clean and I was satisfied.
The only disappointment was that the reception, breakfast restaurant and rooms were all in separate buildings and had to walk a little. And the building with the room is very hard to understand. I was explained in English but I couldn't understand. At the time of my check-in, another customer (French) was just trying to check in, and he said, `` Because we are checking in now, let's go to the room building '', so we went together Was. I was able to go to the room immediately because they were there, but if I were alone, I might not have been able to get to the room.
I had such a serious thought, but the room was beautiful and there was no problem after check-in. Except that the shower water pressure was weak.
We stayed at the island of Mont-Saint-Michel cheaply and were quite satisfied.
Finally, the location of the reception is just up the stairs in front of the famous omelet store (pictured).
And stairs (photo) to go to the room building.
The breakfast restaurant faces the street so you can see it right away.
Good location near the shuttle bus stop into Mont St Michel.
Staff checked us in very quickly and speak good English.
The rooms are garishly coloured and pretty basic. Beds, kettle, some room to hang clothes, clean shower. Ask for rooms facing the back instead of the big carpark.
Continental breakfast is 12 euros but you can get cheaper baguettes and croissants from the bakery (average quality) across the road.
They have good parking but note that you will need to get the access code from the hotel prior to entering and the cost to park is 10 euros per day.
The hotel is well located at the entrance to the city of Mont Saint-Michel, but don't expect to see a surprising view of either the bay or the abbey. There are the roofs of the buildings that surround it that block the view.
The room is quite spacious and well appointed. The bathroom has a corner bath, but no window. The beds and furniture are clean, but I was unpleasantly surprised to see the state of the window sills and frames blackened with dirt. I wanted to put my phone there to make a video of the sunrise but I was quickly challenged by the state of the windows.
The hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are quite narrow. Therefore, not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
There was enough choice for breakfast and the girl who served us was very nice. There were just some products (pain au chocolat, for example) that were not replenished. It was not yet the end of the service, however.
We wanted to eat at the restaurant but the reservation is full. Surprisingly, passing there at the start and middle of service, a lot of tables are empty but we were refused access and sent to the restaurant of the nearby inn.
Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant.
The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.
This hotel has a great location. The position and evaluation are very good, and the staff are very helpful. When I had a small problem, they quickly solved it and made sure I was completely satisfied.
Truly felt that this hotel is the best location if u ever visited Mont saint michel , France .
For my opinion is all about getting a nice photo.
The restaurant & cafe is the only one in town with the whole castle as ur backdrop.
Is very accessible as the bus from Pontorson train station stop in front of the hotel as well as the free shuttle crossing the bridge to month saint michel.
All rooms have an open balcony which I loved it because you will feel connected with the nature .
Bonus: there is a small path that cut tru the vast grass land to this amazing poster like photo spot , just google Méandres from ur hotel and is about 1.3km walk to there.( if is after rain , bring a boots it gets muddy )

GGuest UserHotel Vert is super conveniently located for visiting Mont Saint Michel. There is even a shuttle bus stop that is located around 50m away from the hotel. One thing to note is that the hotel is in the close-off tourist area and we required a unique code to enter the area when we arrived via car. The hotel did not proactively reach out to us to provide the quote and we had to walk to the hotel (around 500m-600m), get the code, and enter the area with the code. Therefore, advise future guests to message the hotel beforehand to get the quote to save that trouble. Our room was on the top level with no elevator access. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Room was spacious and clean.
