The room was clean, and the service attitude was excellent. Conveniently located near the airport, reasonably priced — a great choice overall.

The hotel was next to a hotel with a buffet that was yummy
The reception was very nice. Had to walk from the bus stop because I did not know how to catch the hotel shuttle. The bed was not very comfortable.

Very clean for a low budget hotel . Also equally important, the bed was very comfortable. If I was picky ? A kettle and some coffee and milk would have been lovely

The front desk was closed and I had to go to other hotel next door to register. Room was clean but shower was not well maintained for faucet. Breakfast was terrible and the receptionist killed a bug in the area. So not as clean as it looked.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. However, the shuttle from the airport was not good. My arrival at the airport was significantly delayed and I missed the reserved bus. Shuttles depart from the airport every half hour every morning from 5:45 to 9:15 and in the afternoon from 6:00 to 11:30. You can take the next shuttle, except outside of these hours when you will need to take a taxi. In other words, even if you miss the bus, you can catch the next bus. That's what the guide said, but the 11:30pm bus from the airport never came. I took a taxi to the hotel. I missed the bus from the airport and asked for a refund of 7€ one way, but it was not refunded. The 8am bus from the hotel was also delayed by a few minutes and I headed to the airport.

I was aware it was going to be very basic but not expected to be this bad. Dust everywhere and not a clean room. The toilet seat, shower handles and other equipment were all falling apart.
Even the door didn't open with a card.

The receptionist asked for more money even though I paid via Trip.com .He said the price was not what I paid. He also demanded double payment of the guest fee.
