The worst experience I have ever had with anyone while traveling! Checkin at this hotel is between 4 and 8 PM. I texted the hotel from the road because we ran into heavy traffic and realized we will not make it there in time. I told them we will be 15 minutes late. They messaged us and aske d us to call between 6 and 7 pm. They texted in French so the translation was ridiculous. We didn't have reception where we were so we only got the text after 7 PM. I messaged them to tell them why we are late and they told us basically that this is not okay and we should have called like they told us between 6 and 7. I explained again I could not call. They told us they will send a text when we get to the hotel and they will give us the information to get in via text. We arrived at 8.20 PM. We called, texted, messaged via booking. No response. Fi ally at 10.30 PM we had to start looking for something else because this person left us on the street in a strange city and in a strange country! Who does that?! What if people actually have problems? Was it that hard for you to wait for 20 minutes? What if someone was sick or we got into an accident? What kind of person are you?! What if this happened to you or someone in your family? What a low life person you are. Very disrespectful. You should consider doing something else with your life because the service industry is clearly not for you.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans une chambre avec vue mer : magnifique ! Chambre décorée avec gout , confortable , literie parfaite , propreté irréprochable . emplacement idéal : proche de la plage , dans le centre , promenades à proximité . mais le plus de cet hôtel , ce sont les propriétaires , le personnel d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance devenue si rare . Nous avons été malades suite à une intoxication alimentaire (choisissez bien vos restaurants) ils ont été adorables avec nous , aux petits soins . J'ai été très touchée . C'est un endroit ou on se sent comme chez des amis . On y est reçu et ça fait toute la différence . Merci .

Très bel Hôtel entièrement rénové ! Très propre et très chic ! Les chambres sont très agréables et la literie est parfaite. Au petit déjeuner, les produits proposés sont très bons, de qualité et pour la plupart bio. Le pain est excellent…!!! Les propriétaires et le personnel sont très sympathiques et disponibles, toujours avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !!

Un hôtel rénové récemment, avec un accueil chaleureux et généreux. La chambre très belle et propre. La proximité avec la plage est géniale! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner très bon. Nous y avons passé le week-end de notre anniversaire de mariage et ils nous ont gâtés de cadeaux et nous nous sommes vraiment sentis super bien accueilli.

Hôtel situé en plein centre du Lavandou à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de la place centrale. Notre chambre était très spacieuse avec climatisation et réfrigérateur. Tout est neuf et la propreté est impeccable. Le personnel est accueillant et discret. La literie est parfaitement confortable et notre chambre au 4ème étage était très calme. Adresse vraiment sympathique.

Hotel fraîchement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse avec une terrasse vue mer très agréable. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont d’une grande gentillesse, attentionnés et souriants. Ils ont beaucoup de plaisir à nous recevoir. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est très appréciable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre week end et ne manquerons pas d’y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour au Lavandou

Hotel molto carino nel centro di Le Lavandou. Camere pulite e confortevoli, personale in reception molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione. Possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio nella zona del porticciolo. A pochissimi minuti dal lungomare, negozi e ristoranti. Consigliato!
