Schon zwei Mal war ich mit einer kleinen Gruppe hier und das L´Instant war für uns jedes Mal die "Basisstation", um die Geheimnisse des Odilienberges zu erkunden. Und für diesen Zweck könnte ich mir keine bessere Unterkunft denken! Pierre und Marie sind aufgeschlossen, herzlich und zuvorkommend; Maries Kochkünste (warmes Abendessen) sind exquisit; vom reichhaltigen, meist biologischen Frühstücksbuffet können wir uns je nach persönlicher Vorliebe ein Vesper für den Tag zusammenstellen; die Zimmer und der große Garten sind individuell und liebevoll gestaltet; ein kleiner Seminarraum steht für Meditation und die Nachbereitung der Erlebnisse auf dem Berg zur Verfügung und das Haus selbst liegt wunderbar ruhig, direkt am Waldrand. Ich komme sicher wieder mit einer Gruppe - und vielleicht auch mal alleine, wenn ich eine Auszeit brauche -, denn es ist hier ... einfach anders ...

Enfin une demeure différente des autres. Un accueil chaleureux, une nourriture fraîche en provenance du jardin avec une talentueuse cuisinière. Une échappée des diktats mercantiles. Une hospitalité pleine d’humanité.
