I was staying for training for 2 weeks in small and cozy boutique hotel. Location is great, walk distance everwhere, to the city and to the beach. I felt very good, rooms where clean and nice. Staff was so great and so friendly. They help with eberything what they could. Thank you very much to make me feel so pleasant in your hotel. I felt like home 😍 I highly recconend this hotel for stay in Le Havre. Best of luck and Hopefully I will visit you again 😉

A perfect establishment: - well located - attentive staff and very available to its customers... - very good value for money - well-equipped room, clean as is the kitchenette and the bathroom. Until our departure, when we needed a taxi... Although the receptionist had already reserved it, and it did not arrive, she and her colleague set out to find an answer our request. Another positive point..if it can be useful... We stayed at the Allé suite Hotel for its location.. close to the port: departure of our cruise...Just like, the proximity of the parking lot for the week (P4 at Docks Vauban ) I almost forgot.. the games area.. reading.. on the ground floor, at the reception for young and old... Everything is available to customers.. well done for this initiative ✌️ Thanks to them.. A pleasure to come back if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the station, and it is 10 minutes from the hotel in City, and 20 minutes from the beach walk, or 4 tram stations in 5 minutes. The room 403 is spacious and well equipped with a Malongo coffee machine, tea, 2 bottles of Evian water, bathroom shower with full of shampooing body lotion. This is the second time I come here, and everything works perfectly, quiet rooms, very good littery, spacious bathroom with a good flow of water, pleasant calm of the reception. The location is really top, we are also in the sidelines, and I recommend a Chinese fresh pasta restaurant Li Mian, next to the courtyard. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché la catena Mercure offre sempre un buon comfort. Stanze ampie, pulite, insonorizzate. Un’ottima scelta. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché non essendo particolarmente affamate al mattino, ci sembrava inutile spendere a testa 17 euro.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was good. The receptionist was very nice and humble and answers all your questions calmly. The room is clean and tidy when you enter. Good service and stay for less price.

Hotel parking is not available before check-in. Room key is required for admission. There is no car. Others are recommended without complaint. The main tourist points were within walking distance, ocean view and Halloween day stays to enjoy the cockroach's naughty. It was a two-person trip with a child, but the staff were very kind and I was able to spend it comfortably. The meal was delicious.

Au départ *****ité mensongère (climatisation....) il n'y en a pas la chambre est un four, la poignée de porte est démolie (ne fonctionne plus) le robinet du lavabo pisse de biais, la pomme de douche efficace est trop grosse pour une cabine qui au demeurant n'est plus aux normes d'un établissement recevant du public, la hauteur de l'accès à la douche estd e 20 cm. Ce n'est pas fini. Dans le chambre la tablette de lit coté penderie a été remplacée par un morceau de bois comprimé (on le voit sur le tranche... très élégant. Enfin c'ets bruyant, mais la cerise sur le gâteau arrive: On vous bassine pour prendre votre petit déjeuner à l'hotel pour 8,50 €par personne, déjà il faut attendre 20 minutes car la salle est toute petite, et la qualité de la prestation indigne des croissants et pains au chocolat encore moins beaux et bons que ceux de Lidl (0.39 ct la pièce). Pas de charcuteries, un fromage vaguement ressemblant à du gruyère mais insipide. Enfin un parkin overbooké (qui donc n'est en suffisant pour la capacité de l'Hotel. Conclusion: un formule 1 quasiment au prix d'un IBIS. On ne m'y reprendra plus, il faut fuir cette châine dont le seul objectif est de vous faire cracher votre pognon, la qualité et le service... INEXSISTANT...
