The residence is very well located, with quick access to the U Express, as well as a shopping mall (pharmacy, McDonald's, etc.).
It's easy to get to the beach and the town center of Grau du Roi.
The apartments are great, with a small outdoor space.

It's very run down and not exactly clean, and doesn't look like the online photos, which is a shame.
Very well located, nice pool.
Bar and restaurant by reservation only, which is a shame... external service provider, I should add. Breakfast is good for the price.
Otherwise, the welcome was pleasant and friendly.

Very well located but very dirty!
A big lack of cleaning, a good renovation would do the apartment a lot of good.
Also dangerous, my son opened his head with the coffee table... shall I continue? Sheet does not fit the size of the bed and duvet does not even wash. The two butcher sinks...awesome! Behind the radiators cigarettes mix with dust... disgusting.
For my part, a place to avoid.

The entire facility and accommodations are run-down. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect reality. There's trash everywhere, broken amenities, and the rooms are simply disgusting. Pool closes at 7 pm. Children's toys are not allowed. Very disappointing. Not recommended!

Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come with plates and utensils but there is no dish soap, nor a sponge to clean after yourself…how do you expect the guest to clean if there is nothing of that sort provided. The pictures posted that advertise this place are inaccurate. In short- this place is horrendous and really looks nothing like the pictures. Completely misleading. The pictures of the pool that they posted makes it look like a nice place to stay but I promise you it is nothing like that. Besides the accommodation, there is nothing around the area. Entering the place is extremely difficult for no reason. No one responds, the only way we got in to the gate was by following another resident that went in. We payed for one night but we decided to leave after 2 hours because we couldn’t stay in that place. If i could give it negative stars, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a star; i’m not sure how it has 3 stars. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE.

Mon mari a réservé les premiers 15 jours d’Aout, il a payé. Quelques jours plus tard, je consulte le site, et je tombe sur les commentaires, j’ai vraiment eu peur et me suis demandée où nous allions tomber. Nous y avons été à reculons pour être honnête. Finalement, nous avons passé de superbes vacances. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé, spacieux, le personnel est vraiment serviable et accueillant. Concernant la piscine, il y a beaucoup de transats, elle est propre et grande. Le gardien a la piscine fait respecter les règles, effectivement ça peut déplaire à ceux qui se croit tout permis, mais la piscine étant commune, il me semble que c’est du domaine du bon sens de ne pas faire de beach volley ou des bombes à côté de bébé qui se baigne tranquillement. Alors oui pour les sauts et les jeux d’ados, il faut attendre la fin de journée, que les plus petits soient partis, mais ça paraît normal. Quand on veut être libre de faire comme si on était seul, on réserve une maison avec une piscine privée ! Enfin bref, pour ma part je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, les filles se sont régalées.

Beaucoup de choses a revoir ! L accueil des clients, l équipements des appartements où il manque chaises , poubelle serpiere...odeur dans la salle de bain , ainsi qu'à la piscine bain de soleil vieux,pieds de parasol tous cassé !
