A great hotel in an ideal location (ski out/in) with comfortable rooms and balcony views. Friendly service with a welcoming and helpful team. Not our first visit to Les Flocons and certainly not our last.

Second trip to Hotel Les Flocons - Superb location! Wonderful staff and service in both hotel and restaurant they could not do enough for you and always smiling and cheerful. Plentiful regional food and wine selection in the restaurant and at buffet style breakfast. Also a bonus having a kettle in the room. Only reason for rating very good rather than excellent is that bathroom felt a tad tired although very clean with lots of hot water and we found the square foam pillows particularly uncomfortable. Would definitely return - an overall great few days skiing.

We loved our stay despite the lack of snow this year. Great food, service, friendly hosts and close to the pistes witha rental shop under the hotel. Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Would love to come back to mtb over summer

This hotel is an absolute gem. It has smartly furnished small rooms. It is truly skiing in/ski-out. The ski rental is conveniently on the ground floor. We highly recommend signing up for their breakfast/ dinner option. Breakfast has plenty of choices and dinner is always an amazing 3-course meal. Excellent hotel for couples, families, or groups of friends.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel les flocons , tout y est parfait ! Un petit hôtel cosy et cocoon aux pieds des pistes , depart skis aux pieds (même fin mars) Le personnel est adorable , les petits déjeuners de qualité avec des produits frais et variés … Le restaurant le chamois est excellent et généreux sur les quantités !! Vraiment je recommande d’y aller

Le site, l'accueil, le personnel, les services, l'équipement tout est bien, dans un joli cadre! Accès direct aux pistes , skis aux pieds. armoires à skis, chaussures. Prise de forfait à 100 mètres. Top! Restauration super, juste le chalet en dessous Parking.

Tout près des pistes et du loueur de skis. Bon petit déjeuner. Restaurant adjacent faisant partie du même ensemble. Station familiale et pistes agréables. Les personnes sont prévenantes et tout est très soigné. Parking possible en face.

Hôtel très sympa pour skier, mais un peu éloigner du centre du Chinaillon (15 minutes à pied). Après, on ne peut pas tout avoir si on désire un départ ski au pied ! Les Flocons est un hôtel avec parking réservé devant l'établissement et un restaurant "partenaire" à 100 mètres (réservation conseillée en haute saison). Petit déjeuner très qualitatif avec beaucoup de choix (salée et sucrée). Chambre propre, salle de bain parfaite (on peut se retourner dans la douche!) Balcon donnant soit sur les pistes sur sur le village (toujours agréable). Bref, rapport qualité prix imbattable! Merci pour ce petit séjour parfait!
