Charming and relaxing small hotel: we spent ten days at the Diamant les Bains are enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Friendly and supportive staff (it helps to speak some French). Wonderfully maintained gardens and pool (we swim laps and the pool was not one of those small ornamental things). Superb continental breakfast -- fresh fruits and lovely French baking -- served on the patio. Hotel is walking distance to nearby restaurants and is across the street from a boulangerie (need I say more?) Beach on Diamant bay is not Copacabana -- volcanic sand, narrow margin and often rough seas, therefore not terribly good for swimming, but great for contemplative walks and grand vistas of the towering Morne. There is nothing glitzy about this hotel just constant friendly service and a therapeutic atmosphere.

The hotel is well located in the Diamant. Nice welcome, clean room that smells good. Everything works very well in the room, safe, air conditioning, hot water, comfortable bed. Small kitchenette on the balcony, we used it 4 times during our stay. The majority of staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is well maintained. The hotel is on the seafront, but there is no beach, you disembark at the bottom of the steps directly into the water. I recommend this hotel.

We arrived on October 1, 2023 Outstanding Service upon our arrival Claudine received us with a super warm welcome. Good size room with incredible view of the diamond. We had room 311 WoW what a magical view of the diamond! Comfortable terrace with table and 4 chairs, small kitchen with everything you need to make good scampi pasta! The service is also impeccable for breakfast and evening dinner. We eat well you can order the eggs of your choice. In the evening we tasted Marlin, shrimp and Beef, all the dishes were tasty. Continue your excellent service, well done to the whole team! The only downside, the sea was not calm at this place so I only swam there once but it allowed us to appreciate other beaches on the Islands and to visit a little. We enjoyed coming home in the evening because it was very comfortable and warm!

Mixed opinions ranging from very good for the cuisine, whether it be the La Terrasse restaurant or the lunchtime snack, to more than average for the reception. It all depended on the services. We were greeted with the greatest coldness the first evening at the restaurant by the obsequious room manager but very well the next day by the other team. Then we were shocked by the intrusive side of the breakfast lady who made inappropriate comments about me...to the point of discomfort for my part. Not possible to have lunch at the snack bar on Saturday because there is a group. Finally wait until 12:30 p.m. and see a waitress pass by with two drinks for the deckchairs next door at 12:10 p.m.... Unsettling experience until the end but we ate well... very good in fact And nothing to complain about the room even if the wifi is lousy.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans l’hôtel, celui ci est très agréable et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses tout comme la salle de bain. Nous avions une vue mer, c’était magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Seul problème, il n’y a pas de plage, vous êtes directement les pieds ds l’eau et la mer est dangereuse n’y allez pas avec des enfants. Le parking était souvent plein mais vous avez des possibilités de vous garer à proximité de l’hôtel. Si vous louez une voiture, ne prenez pas les petits modèles car elles ont vraiment du mal à grimper les nombreuses cotes de l’île. Vous avez des plages à 20 ou 30 minutes en voiture qui sont très belles, les salines et l’anse figuier.

Pas digne d un 4 étoiles. Propreté peut mieux faire . Petits déjeuners pas variés bcp produits industriels (jus fruits pain ...) Pas de pression d eau pour les douches parfois même un simple filet. Équipement des chambres à revoir . Parking pas assez de places . Transats insuffisants pour le nombre de chambre que comporte l hotel. Positif accueil du personnel.

belle chambre avec vue piscine et petite vue mer ; propreté plus que juste (distributeur gel douche très sale) ; parking trop petit et très mal fait ( en plus , les dirigeants / employés occupent les meilleures places !!!! ) . La plage est inutilisable car très étroite et pas entretenue ( mur de l'hotel le long de la plage plus que défraichi ). En conclusion : ça vaut au max trois * mais pas 4 au vu du prix ! )

Hôtel intéressant. Gros bémol : réservation du resto pour la soirée de samedi « oubliée » c’est à dire non prise en compte. Grosse déception et surtout aucune solution proposée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés le bec dans l’eau : restaurants alentours complets…
