Quite attractive auberge in the countryside, but nowhere near a dune. The room was average with a small shower in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the windows open and the shutters closed - luckily the road outside was not busy at night. All the bedding was made with nylon type man-made fabric, that is quick for the hotel to wash and dry but very uncomfortable on a hot night. The bar was convenient with outside seating. The restaurant seemed quite good but I made the mistake at the time of booking of taking up their special offer of demi-pension. The dinner was the cheapest menu on offer with no choice for any of the three courses. The entree and the main course were both inexpensive fish dishes - unfortunate if one did not like fish! It did not seem to be a special offer as the individual parts added up the what we paid, and although the inexpensive fish course was well cooked there were much better food choices on the other menus available.

Had lunch on the 16th July 2023 as a 'drop in' when driving along the coast. Dinning room filled up over lunchtime with about 30 covers. Only one table for six unoccupied. The cheapest set menu was 35 odd Euros and had a good selection. Service was quick and friendly with limited English spoken. Wife had a single a la carte dish of Moules and Frites which was large and tasty. My fixed menu had three choices per course. The Fish soup was hot and served with croutons, garlic mayonnaise and shredded cheese. The Main course was shredded duck breast topped with parmentier potatoe and salad. The desert chosen was very well presented, tart citroen and cream. Overall quite pricy. Standard coffee at 2.40 Euro v normal 1.40. Situated in rural area, so away from the crowds of Crotoy and the interior has character.

I had lunch at the Auberge de la dune on the 31/08. It is a restaurant that I will never go back to, certainly would not recommend. Food was tasteless, we weren't offered black or salt, no mayonnaise or ketchup, then the waiter disappeared, he never came back to ask how the food was. It is the worst restaurant I've been to in France, worst food!!!

Avoid absolutely, an Ibis hotel is cheaper and on top compared to this one. The bedding is horrible, the room tiny and dated, the soundproofing non-existent. The staff is absolutely not understanding or friendly.

Ayant pris un repas un midi il y a quelques années, nous avions gardé l'adresse pour y revenir et y loger. L'accueil, le service et le séjour en demi-pension nous ont convaincus que revenir à l'hôtel était une bonne idée. Les chambres sont simples et confortables, l'offre en demi-pension permet de savourer une cuisine maison savoureuse et copieuse. Une excellente adresse à retenir pour séjourner en baie de Somme dans un hôtel familial. (avis publié également sur la page restaurant)

Bonne adresse, avec un très bon service, efficace. Produits locaux, bon rapport qualité-prix, sans être exceptionnel. Une efficace auberge locale où les locaux vont sans hésiter. Belle carte de produits de la mer. Très bons vins. Parfait pour déjeuner.

Séjour trop court mais très agréable(météo clémente 🙂), bon choix de plats nous avons été très bien conseillé par le personnel, hôtel où il fait bon vivre chambre cocooning et petit déjeuner parfait et variées ... partir pour revenir dès que possible

Chambre très petite, salle de bain avec douche casse-g....., sèche-cheveux à disposition mais pas de prise dans la salle de bain pour le brancher, nettoyage de la salle-de-bain à revoir. Seul point positif, le repas au restaurant même si le service est long par manque d'organisation (surtout du patron qui parfois est un peu bourru).
