We came for a birthday brunch. Bad service, poor choice of food, no salmon or scrambled eggs left at 1.30 and told there would not be more. The cheese was unappetizing and obviously straight from the fridge. Cooked food was worse than on a motorway cafe and not well served The ‘glass’ of wine was a quarter of a glass, served after the food (no one to ask). For 47 euros each we were expecting top quality food and not many arrays of pasta and lentil salads with empty serving plates. A huge disappointment

We stayed for a one day meeting. The main lobby area is nice and good for small teams to gather and enjoy. The meeting room was nice. The parc is very nice. The dinner was too poor in qty/set up. The main dish was just cold. We asked to warm it up, it came back kind of warm with the comment that we need to serve ourselves fast! Same comments on qty/set up for the lunch day after but main dish was warm then. The rooms are ok except the tiny window. Ok you spend more time outside than inside your room but still a room with large wall and small window doesnt feel cozy.

The people responsible for the bookings are really scammers. Both STOLL Lauren and Chloé tried to make me a full just to don't accept to reschedule a booking that I made just before covid restrictions - though, at the time they simply accepted to reschedule.

We were travelling from the USA to my native region with our pet a standard french Poddle. The Mercure crew was not only nice and wonderful in handling our reservation but absolutely excellent in accommodating us to be able to appreciate this great stay with our dog.

Très beau domaine. Des activités gratuites. Belle piscine et propre. Restaurant très agréable, hormis le style de musique. Carte avec du choix et plats copieux et très bons. Petit déjeuner continental avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre propre. Literie confortable. Une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre serait la bienvenue, ça manquait. Personnels très agréables.

Nous étions parti essentiellement pour le SPA qui était en fermeture annuelle durant notre séjour. Il n y avait malheureusement rien mais absolument rien à faire. Il n'y avait aucune communication sur les toutes plates-formes en ligne sur le fait que le Spa était fermé. - prix du SPA exorbitant - chambre et standing de l'hotel très très moyen pour un 4 étoiles (vielle fourniture + moquette sale, ) - literie pas confortable - chambre avec mini fenêtre très désagréable (sensation d'être enfermé) - fuite au niveau de la salle de bain - Prix du dîner et du petit déjeuner assez cher (petit déjeuner correct mais pour 18.5€ il y a mieux) - personnel jeune, inexpérimenté, pas très acceuillant et aucun dress code - réception très standard - tout est payant même un petit spectacle amateur (37€) - hôtel à déconseiller vu que 2 jours nous en paru très très ennuyeux sans aucune activité possible - les photos exposées sur les différentes plate-formes ne reflètent pas la réalité - la note de 7.8 est très gonflé. Ça devrait être 5 !!

Magnifique endroit à quelques pas de Paris. Des chambres très spacieuses et vraiment confortables. Une literie de grande qualité. Et un service de grande qualité. Le personnel est très sympathique, réactif, arrangeant. Vraiment cela fait plaisir de retrouver ce type de service. Un grand Merci. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Quelle déception ce brunch du 1er janvier 2025 qui était franchement minable. Peu de choix et tout était froid (quiche, pizza rôti de veau) etc.... les réchauds étant éteints. Buffet des desserts enlevé à 14h30 (sympa pour les clients restants). Pas même une compote pour un enfant rien.... Les crêpes faites devant vous sont pliées à la main sans gant et servies sans pelle. Bonjour l'hygiène!.... Pas de nappe sur les tables de 2. Les autres oui. Mention spéciale à une petite serveuse qui après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement est venue très gentiment nous apporter des salades de fruits et de la compote pour le bébé. Ça été le moment le plus sympathique. Donc merci à elle. Nous ne reviendrons pas. 47€ par personne c'est tout simplement du vol.

D abord accuei très sympa Il faut dire aussi que nous sommes des clients très réguliers notamment pour le brunch du dimanche. Les chambres sont confortables. Le repas du soir était au top. Et quel plaisir de se relaxe devant ce magnifique feu de cheminee
