Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited.
Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor.
Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. Breakfast was included and was good.
Lots of flies in ground floor communal areas.

We had a super clean room with a large balcony facing the lake. Although the place is not the most modern one, we felt very comfortable due to the friendly staff and the spacious, light room. The breakfast buffet offered tasty, crunchy breads and good coffees.

I like the atmosphère. Environment, service and food excellent, and at the same Time, the close proximity of the forest, of the pâturage, the sound of the cows bells.. the best of Juras.

Make sure that when booking, you get to know the room you are assigned to. Avoid room #12, it is in the back of the building facing a private house backyard and very small ( as small as a college dorm), bathroom very uncomfortable, if you are not careful you can burn yourself with the hot water while taking a shower since the area is so small and the length of the shower faucet is too long so you can move it by mistake while inside, there is no way to avoid for the water to not splash outside of the tub area since there is only one plastic shower curtain so if you leave it inside, you reduce more your space and if it placed on the outside, the water runs out of the tub.. not sure how they decided to build it like that.. There were a few other little things I consider were very unprofessional but I prefer not to post them here but to discuss it directly with the management at this location. I tried to do so but they told me manager will not arrive until around 9am and I was there for business so needed to leave.. The breakfast was really good and plenty, that was positive.

Dumm, wenn man spät abends eintrifft und das letzte verbliebene Personal noch Tschüß sagt und nach Hause fährt (22.30 Uhr). Das heißt, mehr als die Flasche Wasser gibt es nicht - da keine Minibar mit Snacks und ähnlichem vorhanden. Das Frühstück fällt eher dürftig aus. (kein kontinentales Frühstück). Speisekarte für Mittag/Abendessen gibt schon mehr her. Zimmer sind ok. Von Balkon/Terrasse hat man einen schöne Blick auf den See. Allerdings ist gesamt betrachtet selbst für schweizer Verhältnisse das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Um schnell bei den ansässigen Uhrenfirmen zu sein, bietet sich das Hotel an. (ca. 5 min mit dem Auto)

Wir waren als Paar im Hotel le Rocheray. Von einem früheren Aufenthalt haben wir es bereits gekannt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der einmaligen Lage und mit der grosszügigen Terrasse. Als Einziges würde ich die spärichen Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Nachtlämpchen, welche nicht einzeln zu bedienen waren bemängeln.
