Prices at the head, on average the rooms are 70€ on the internet, arriving at the hotel a sign indicates between 139 and 199€ and we pay 120€. Observations upon arrival in the room: the bathroom handle is broken and does not close, the pillows do not have cases, the room does not have a smoke detector. Conclusion, the hotel managers know neither hygiene nor safety laws. And I'm not talking about the non-existent "insulation", you can hear everything that happens in the corridors and the next rooms, upstairs or downstairs. Then comes the worst: At 5am we are woken up by 2 drunk people who are in our room, they apparently got on the wrong floor but their card opened our door! With the amount of traveling we have done, we have never had such a traumatic experience. My husband goes directly to the reception to inform the hotel who apologizes and does not understand, people present in the hall also testify to the same situation some time previously. After explaining again to the receptionist in the morning, she assured us that we would be reimbursed. Still no refund, my husband contacts the hotel manager who tells him that this story is impossible and that we should file a complaint and “get fucked”. I'm ashamed for her!!! It pisses me off to see such dishonest people, we didn't sleep the rest of the night, we replay what happened and she dares to make us look like liars. So we are going to do as she advised us... File a complaint!
