The room was infested with bedbugs. I woke up the first night with sores all over my body. It was a sleepless night and the managers did nothing to remedy the situation. I asked them to send pest control and they refused. I had to go to the doctor the next day. They offered no compensation

The staff was competent and friendly. We appreciated their kind smiles and helpfulness. The location on the relaxing family beach of Plage de Gros Joncs is perfect. The restaurant has an excellent chef; not only delicious food but beautifully presented.

The hotel’s best asset is definitely its staff. They go above and beyond, nothing being too much trouble and are there to help no matter what the time. The location is fantastic only a short walk to a fabulous beach and close to nearby towns of La Flotte and Saint Martin de Re. The swimming pools are well looked after and never felt busy. The accommodation was fair, it did feel a little dated in parts compared to recent equivalent star rated hotels we have stayed during the same trip though. Attention to detail like having a clean shower head and a bit more thought to the patio area could make a big difference. Overall though we had a lovely stay

Une escale plaisir sur l ile de Re . La suite était parfaitement aménagée, très calme tres cosy . Le personnel accueillant et efficace , petits déjeuners copieux et appétissants. des vélos mis à disposition, le spa , la piscine. Bref une adresse à recommander sans hésiter pour profiter idéalement d un séjour sur l ile

Un séjour très agréable tout proche de la plage Un accueil parfait Une chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse privative sans vis à vis Accès piscines possible dont 1 est chauffée Bon Petit déjeuner avec buffet et assez garni Bémol sur la propreté avec des coins de douche vraiment pas nickel , des poussières dans les coins , des murs blancs tachés qui baissent l impression de luxe avec la cuvette des wc jaunâtre , grosses toiles d arraignees sur la terrasse Un petit effort à faire pour une séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre paisible et reposant. La chambre, spacieuse et confortable, offrait tout le nécessaire pour un repos optimal. Les services de spa, balnéothérapie et soins étaient de bonne qualité, avec une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle. Le petit-déjeuner, varié et gourmand nous a régalé. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour une escapade relaxante.

Superbe petit séjour, malgré la météo un peu fraîche. La détente au spa était magique mais il manquerait peut-être une fontaine à eau et une petite douche. La chambre est très spacieuse et silencieuse Personnel très à l'écoute et agréable Je recommande
