The room was infested with bedbugs. I woke up the first night with sores all over my body. It was a sleepless night and the managers did nothing to remedy the situation. I asked them to send pest control and they refused. I had to go to the doctor the next day. They offered no compensation

The staff was competent and friendly. We appreciated their kind smiles and helpfulness. The location on the relaxing family beach of Plage de Gros Joncs is perfect. The restaurant has an excellent chef; not only delicious food but beautifully presented.

The hotel’s best asset is definitely its staff. They go above and beyond, nothing being too much trouble and are there to help no matter what the time. The location is fantastic only a short walk to a fabulous beach and close to nearby towns of La Flotte and Saint Martin de Re. The swimming pools are well looked after and never felt busy. The accommodation was fair, it did feel a little dated in parts compared to recent equivalent star rated hotels we have stayed during the same trip though. Attention to detail like having a clean shower head and a bit more thought to the patio area could make a big difference. Overall though we had a lovely stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre paisible et reposant. La chambre, spacieuse et confortable, offrait tout le nécessaire pour un repos optimal. Les services de spa, balnéothérapie et soins étaient de bonne qualité, avec une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle. Le petit-déjeuner, varié et gourmand nous a régalé. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour une escapade relaxante.

Superbe petit séjour, malgré la météo un peu fraîche. La détente au spa était magique mais il manquerait peut-être une fontaine à eau et une petite douche. La chambre est très spacieuse et silencieuse Personnel très à l'écoute et agréable Je recommande

Excellent accueil trés professionnel. Suite propre, agéable avec jaccuzzi trés appréciable,literie confortable, le plus le jardinet avec salon de jardin. Vélo sur place, SPA à réserver. Restauration et service au top, personnel aux petits soins. La mer à côté

Malgré un petit malentendu au départ, le gérant et toute l’équipe ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Leur réactivité et leur souci du détail ont vraiment fait la différence. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance ! On sent que leur objectif est de nous offrir une expérience inoubliable… Mission réussie ! Bravo aux gérants et aux serveurs ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Notre suite avec jacuzzi était vraiment agréable : sel de bain, crème pour le corps à disposition, ainsi que de nombreuses petites attentions. L’ambiance était idéale avec un éclairage tamisé et personnalisable selon nos envies. La chambre, spacieuse et impeccablement propre, disposait même d’une terrasse, ce qui était un vrai plus ! Nous avons également profité de la location de vélos électriques, une activité que nous n’avions pas faite depuis des années, et ce fut une expérience géniale ! Nous avons presque visité toute l’île… À refaire sans hésitation !

La literie est parfaite, la chambre incroyable et le service au top ! Le service est a la hauteur de sa réputation. Nous avons juste trouvé dommage qu'il faille traverser le parking puis une rue pour arriver à l'autre hôtel ou se trouve le spa.
