The room was infested with bedbugs. I woke up the first night with sores all over my body. It was a sleepless night and the managers did nothing to remedy the situation. I asked them to send pest control and they refused. I had to go to the doctor the next day. They offered no compensation

The staff was competent and friendly. We appreciated their kind smiles and helpfulness. The location on the relaxing family beach of Plage de Gros Joncs is perfect. The restaurant has an excellent chef; not only delicious food but beautifully presented.

The hotel’s best asset is definitely its staff. They go above and beyond, nothing being too much trouble and are there to help no matter what the time. The location is fantastic only a short walk to a fabulous beach and close to nearby towns of La Flotte and Saint Martin de Re. The swimming pools are well looked after and never felt busy. The accommodation was fair, it did feel a little dated in parts compared to recent equivalent star rated hotels we have stayed during the same trip though. Attention to detail like having a clean shower head and a bit more thought to the patio area could make a big difference. Overall though we had a lovely stay

La literie est parfaite, la chambre incroyable et le service au top ! Le service est a la hauteur de sa réputation. Nous avons juste trouvé dommage qu'il faille traverser le parking puis une rue pour arriver à l'autre hôtel ou se trouve le spa.

Personnel très à l écoute. Chambre avec spa très sympa par contre ça fait 2 fois de suite que l on vient et quand on met les buses pleins de particules noires sortent des buses. Vu le prix des chambres il faudrait faire fonctionner les buses avant pour s assurer que tout soit propre.

Hotel sympa mais très Cher. Personnel à disposition ok et sympa. Chzmbte Intimiste si vous prenez la suite avec le SPA intégré dans la chambre . Par contre, nous trouvons cette chambre très chere pour la propreté de la chambre. ( nid de fourmi côté porte, traces de moisissures partout sur le bois le long du SPA, TV difficile à régler pour avoir de la musique, extérieur pas nickel du logement, lumiere difficile a regler, SPA hyper bruyant , mégot a traîner en exterieur, boiserie du mobiler exterieur sale ...) Très Bonne literie. Un petit coffret bienvenue aurait ete apprécier. Payer 309.00 la chambre pour une nuit Le + : proche mer a pied 5mn

Personnel de la restauration très à l’écoute et sympathique. La salle de bain de la chambre est petite et forte odeur d’humidité qui donne une impression de moisissure. A améliorer également les prises de rendez-vous pour faire les soins et massages.
