The place is nice, hosts are helpful, but there were some problems. We couldn't close the door of the room, there were no water sometimes. The bed and food were not perfect but ok. You can order food from menu for dinner, very tasty. Too many people on summer weekends at Sevan :)

Доброжелательная хозяйка. Очень много интересного узнал об их доме, селе и окрестностях. Вежливый персонал. Хорошее местоположение, одинаково удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Я снимал маленький номер, чтобы просто спать. В целом, с учетом завтрака, цена адекватная. Вкусный завтрак: яйца/омлет/картофельное пюре с луком, разные виды сыров, хлеб, чай, мед/варенье из белой черешни. Во дворе можно отдохнуть на гамаке или качелях, есть беседка. Есть свой ресторан, но я в нем не кушал. Можно арендовать велосипед.

Hotel raffinato e confortevole che vuole fare rivivere l'antica cultura del popolo pre-armeno Etiuni attraverso gli arredi e alcuni reperti archeologici. Stanza comoda con grande scrivania e bagno.

Данный гостевой дом является по совместительству музеем. Хозяева увлекаются историей и археологией. В селе, где находится гостевой дом, в результате раскопок было найдено множество предметов древности, которые на данный момент хранятся в Ереванском музее. Хозяева с удовольствием проведут экскурс в историю. Также есть возможность сфотографироваться в национальных костюмах.
