We are currently staying at this lovely hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the walled town of Lazise. The hotel has excellent amenities but it is the staff that have made our holiday special. A particular mention to Guilia, one of the receptionists, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue with our room. All done with professionalism and a smile! Thank you Guilia. Also thank you to Enrico, Davide and Kelvin for ensuring that our stay was special. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of visiting Lazise.

We have stayed here for a number of years and the improvement in standards is very noticeable. The rooms are better as is the restaurant. We did not have time to use the spar but it did not even exist previously. The dining/breakfast room is also much improved and there is little to fault. Sleep quality has been marked down as the weather made our room too warm for us.

Cons. The hotel is located opposite a bikers rock bar, if you are in the street side this is not a great place to be with children. Both the live music and motorbike noise is considerable. We weren’t able to move rooms or get a refund to move to another hotel. Pros. Good locution. Food was good. Room nicely decorated and the deulux suit was a good size for our family. Would definitely go elsewhere

A good hotel for a family stay. Pool was great (beach sand pool.. Wow!). Not a crowded huge hotel, but a small and confy one. Parking in underground garage is a big plus of you travel by car. Very good breakfast. Location is good, 12 minutes from Gardaland if you travel with your kids. We disliked the pillows and beds but this is always subjective.

Great Hotel. We did not have a reservation and they took us right away. Even better, they are PET friendly, which we think, every Hotel needs to be now a days. The Food at the Hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff. Price - Value, excellent.

A short stay during half term with our family. I was made to feel welcome and everyone was very kind. The weather was also kind. Very relaxing hotel. The breakfasts were lovely including freshly cooked omelettes/ pancakes etc. our teenage grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool and I enjoyed watching them whilst enjoying a cocktail from the bar.

As two elderly people this establishment was a caring and helpful place. The staff were were always on hand and responsive to any or every little need. It made us feel secure and welcomed so much so we intend to return again for a longer stay. We had a junior suite and meant we could make tea and coffee when we needed to. The bathroom and shower were were a brilliant. Well done

Great location, just 3 minutes walking from the center. Really nice to be able to get bikes from the hotel (for free) and cycle to Bardolino and Garda. Spacious rooms/ living space and pleasant staff. Good breakfast variety. One shower in the room was a bit strange as it had a glass screen so no privacy. Hotel stops serving drinks at 11pm- no nightcaps available. Overall great stay.

Perfect. The room.... the breakfast... the pool... the location.... just....perfect. wE loved our four days at the Palazzo della Scalla. Wanted to stay much longer, but our holiday did come to an end. The hotel was very clean. We loved the breakfast... the coffee was great too. Could not be any closer to Lazise or the lake. Quiet, nice and quiet. We had room 125. Of the two bedrooms we used the rom facing the pool and courtyard. The room on the outside wall faced the street, and although there was a lot of traffic at times it seemed generally quiet. Can't say how the sleep would have been in that room though. The staff was so polite and helpful... the concierge team, breakfast team and cleaning staff were great. Always a smile on their faces and very helpful. WE love trying new hotels when we visit Lake Garda, but we will probably stay again at Palazzo. Thanks again for everything!!!
