My daughter and I stayed overnight in room 312 and, unfortunately, discovered bedbugs. The hotel seemed decent at first—smooth check-in, and the room appeared clean, though somewhat outdated. However, late into the night, my daughter woke me after feeling itchy and found bedbugs in her bed. We checked my bed as well and found a bug under my pillow. This was extremely distressing, disrupting our sleep and causing anxiety about bringing the bugs home. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff claimed they were unaware of any previous problems. Though they apologized, the only thing that was given to me was my bill. The presence of bedbugs is unacceptable and completely overshadowed any positives I've experienced as a Hilton Honors member. Had I known about other reviews mentioning bedbugs, I would never have stayed here. Unfortunately, my daughter and I ended up with multiple bites on our faces, necks, arms, and legs. This was a terrible experience! I hope management takes serious action to address this ongoing issue, as it can severely impact future guests. I cannot recommend staying here until the problem is fully resolved.
