Great stay, the staff was extremely helpful with the checking in process. I'll be back.

The super 8 central AC was not working and they did not let any of their guest know in advance. I spoke with the manager to be compensated and they outright refused as if they didn’t need to disclose that information.

We had just come in from a hotel that was more than terrible. I cant even put into words how bad it was. The guy that checked us in told us that the place is being renovated and the new owner isnt missing a detail so we cant wait to come back when all of that is done. It was in a good location and there was a lot of good places to eat near by. The main thing we didnt like is everyone had to check out by 11 am but anyone new couldn't come in until 3. We had left Olathe around 10 am. We got to Lawrence, ate at the chinese restaurant next door and went to check in at 1230. The guy told us we couldn't get in til 3 pm. We did not get a good nights sleep the night before and now we had to drive around and find things to do for 2 1/2 hours. It couldnt be a movie or we would fall asleep. When we finally were able to check in and we came in the door and rang the bell to get help. After a wait, the guy came from the back, out of breathe and said he had to run to get to us when he heard the bell. Gave the impression that he was the only one there to clean all the rooms up that had been used. If that is the case then i can understand why somethings were not completely clean. None of the lights worked on the left side of the room. The light by the bed or the lamp on the wall by the TV. The bed wasn't hugely soft but it was better then the one in Olathe, we took a nap, then headed out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The night life in Lawerence, which is amazing, we had a good time.

The tv in our first room did not work. In our next room our shower barely turned on. The room was dirty. A straw and bottle cap were left on the floor and there were stains on the sheets. The front staff was very nice.

Room had a smoke and moldey smell, and HVAC system didn't work. It was too hot, couldn't turn the fan off or the air conditioning on. Had to open the window, it was 27 degrees outside and still in the 80's in the room. There was black mold on the ring of the toilet and toilet seat. The shower wallpaper opposite the door was peeling off the wall. There was black mold in the bottom right corner of the shower. I didn't dare look behind the peeling wall paper. No washcloths were provided.

I read the reviews and thought it’s only for one night, it can’t be that bad. IT WAS WORSE! Once I finally found my room the first thing I noticed was the gap between the door and the floor where the carpet had shredded away. Inside the room it was probably 85 degrees so I turned on the ac and it blew warm air out of a vent without a cover that was covered with black mold. Still telling myself it’s only for one night try to turn the tv on and it doesn’t work. I open the window and just go to bed because I’m leaving first thing in the morning. Get up to take a shower in the bathroom where you can’t even close the door because it hits the toilet and my shower didn’t work. NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience EVER.

The lady at the front had a very bad attitude. The room was big yes and the beds were comfy. But the for to the bath room maid it impossible to use the toilet with it closed. The shower did not work well. Had to go in to wall to turn on the shower. My child found a cockroch. The motel it self was ran down and dirty. The ceiling had a very large leak in it by the front door. I will never stay at the location. I felt lied to by the way the advertised on the web site. Those pictures were nothing that was at that location. I picked. That location cause it was close to the church that we were going to for my aunts funeral. I also had my 77 year old mom with me. I had told the lady i bede help unloading my car with some of the stuff we need. She informed me that i was on my own even after i told her i had a fracture hip bone and could not lift. We reserved for 2 night s but only stayed one. I have not check my bank statement yet to make sure it was one charged one night. I do expect a refound. If u was charged more. Corpert needs to go and check up on this location it is a very large bad mark on this brand. Thank you member of 4 years.

Room was clean. Bathroom (pocket) door was broken, would not close at all. Only decaf coffee in the room, no sugar, cream, stir sticks. Remote for TV was not programmed to work the TV. Clock was very hard to set. I never did figure it out. The security lock (that you flip over) was missing screws and was loose. “Breakfast” consisted of coffee, bananas, orange juice and half & half. That’s it.

To begin with, we were given one room, and the TV would not connect to the satellite dish, so we asked for another room, and they did give us that. However, we have the same issue, no TV connectivity to the satellite dish. There was no shampoo in the shower. No cups for water or coffee. The hallways and steps in the facility looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks. We used to stay there quite often a couple years ago, before the change of ownership, and the facility was so much better back then. Was also disappointed in the fact that they no longer have the breakfast downstairs that they used to have, but only some small cinnamon rolls and muffins or something.
