Water in the shower was cold the first day, had to let run for about 15 minutes to get hot water. Second day hot water immediately.

I had a backup in the bathroom and it was not fixed. Got back to the room at 11pm with the mess still in the bathroom. Had to go to the office and get a different room. Was then told there have been previous plumbing issues in that room.

The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. We turned our heat on and it started to produce a putrid smell. This got better when we turned it off. Our room phone did not work, so we had to go the front desk to inform them. Additionally, there was a hair in my breakfast. Overall, decent stay but definitely room for improvement.

My room was very outdated and had cobwebs and spiders webs in the room. The bed was made with stained sheet and wasn’t made when housekeeping came in.

This is an older property that I think is being updated. The staff was polite but did not seem very sure of what they were doing. I checked in for three rooms and was handed six key cards with no markings on them and verbally told the room numbers. I had to ask the clerk to write the room numbers on a post it note for each room.

The toilet tank would not fill back up with water after you flushed it. Had to fill the tank back up with water with the ice bucket using the sink. All the maintenance crew was gone for the weekend. Every room was booked for the night and was not able to change rooms. Hotel staff said since we booked and paid for the room through ******* we could not get a refund or a discount for the room.

It would have been 5 star but right when I needed a shower before the funeral.....NO HOT WATER.....and that was fun!

The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold and when the room upstairs showered water leaked into our bathroom. When I told the front office they did nothing about it or offer to change our room.
Sheets and towels were dingy with stains.

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed in. The walls are so thin you are going to hear everything. I heard the next room over tv all night, their conversations. The room above me was even worse. I felt so nasty I couldn’t wait to get home and shower. The floor was wet from the a/c. And the towels was thin and stained I just couldn’t bring myself to use them, had to go buy a towel.
